Chapter 56 - Season 1 Chapter 30: "Info and Alliance System Part 1"

(I Apologize for the Delay, I have an annoying class schedule to get used to.)

[Rivershire Town — Shire Inn — Evening]

Accel arrived at Rivershire Town, but since it was already late, he decided to stay in the inn for today's events instead of sleeping... He started making plans for the Drakenshire Alliance that he created and the only members are the Baron Ishikawa Family... So, he started making the info and structures of the alliance to let them understand it.

Accel can use the MagiTech watch for information about the Alliance System and its information. But, he will just explain and write it down to let those people understand what is it...

[Why does the "Alliance System" matter?]

In the World of Magic and Technology, alliances play a crucial role in shaping the balance of power among factions, guilds, and organizations. Whether it's for protection, mutual benefit, or shared goals, alliances can make or break the world's stability, especially known and large alliances created during the 19th Century, that existed until now.

Understanding the difference between an Official Alliance and an Unofficial Alliance is key to grasping the political landscape and the challenges of the people. So, what's the difference between Official Alliance and Unofficial Alliance?

[Official Alliance and Unofficial Alliance]

An Unofficial Alliance is an informal partnership that has not yet been recognized by the highest authorities, whereas an Official Alliance is a legally recognized and respected coalition, fully integrated into the world's political and military systems.

[Unofficial Alliance]

1. Status: An Unofficial Alliance is a group or coalition of factions, nations, or organizations that have agreed to work together, but their alliance has not yet been formally recognized by the Supreme Authority Council and the Imperial Court of Justice.

2. Purpose: These alliances often form for shared goals or mutual protection but lack formal legal or political backing. They operate more like informal partnerships or coalitions.

3. Limitations: Since they are not officially recognized, Unofficial Alliances may lack certain legal protections and benefits. Their actions may be viewed with suspicion or skepticism by other factions or the wider public.

4. Process: To become official, these alliances must undergo a formal approval process, which includes thorough scrutiny by the Supreme Authority Council and a legal review by the Imperial Court of Justice.

[Official Alliance]

1. Status: An Official Alliance has been fully recognized and ratified by both the Supreme Authority Council and the Imperial Court of Justice. This means it has legal standing and is acknowledged by all member states and factions.

2. Purpose: Official Alliances are fully integrated into the political and military framework of the world. They have clear rules, responsibilities, and benefits outlined in a formal agreement.

3. Benefits: Official Alliances enjoy full legal protections, access to shared resources, and the ability to operate openly within the framework of national and international law. They are recognized or some of them respected by some member states and have a formal structure and leadership.

4. Authority: The actions and decisions of an Official Alliance are backed by the authority of the Supreme Authority Council and enforced by the Imperial Court of Justice if needed.

[What is the role and integrity of the Imperial Court of Justice?]

[Role: The Imperial Court of Justice plays a critical role in the approval of alliances, particularly for the Nobility and Royalty Fractions. It ensures that any alliance formed adheres to the highest legal and ethical standards. They all hail from the Duke Families, Sovereign Duke Families, Grand Duke Families, and the Archduke Families.]

[Integrity: Known for its strict adherence to justice and the rule of law, the Imperial Court of Justice is incorruptible and operates under the principles of the "Sanctuary of the Luminescent Faith." This ensures that decisions made by the court are fair and just, particularly when it comes to matters involving the nobility and royalty. If one of the members of the Imperial Court of Justice's Corruption Level increases between 5% to 10%, they will be immediately punished under the Luminescent Faith without hesitation.]

The Unofficial Alliance is an informal partnership that has not yet been recognized by the highest authorities, whereas an Official Alliance is a legally recognized and respected coalition, fully integrated into the world's political and military systems.

[Different Types of Alliance Roles]

There are different types of roles within the alliance, it depends on the Alliance Leader what kind of structures their alliance is, but mostly they use these structures rather than making another one since it's much easier to understand from the members' perspectives, most of the known or well-known alliance leaders all over the world still use this structures and roles in the Alliance System.
