(3rd Week of January 2018 --- Monday --- Early Monring)

After dealing the events occurred at the Norther City Fortress, Accel went back to the National Academy to find some information about the Battle Royale Final Examination and Final Requirements to go to the next grade level. As always his most favorite breakfast is corned-beef with egg and rice with some of there most delicious hot chocolate.
While Accel was eating, he continued studying from his notes of his attack patterns and defensive counter-measures if his life will be threaten. He also wonders sometimes about this friends like Welt and Raizah on what they are upto, but when I tried contacting them there was no reply, but of course they must be training hard for the upcoming final exam.
Accel studied throughly his attack patterns, most used skills that he always used are Power Slash, Rending Strike, Defensive Stance, Shield Charge, and Shield Bash. As for the support are the Quick Guard and Light Chains by restraining the enemies. The rest of the skills will be used only by emergency to hide the skills from people trying to know before the Battle Royale.
But, since I always go to the National Association I am not always presence on the Academy. And according to my notes, today I need to go to Miss Sakura since she said she was not present last week due to her department she joined called Noble Society Department wherein the President of the Department is part of the Freedom Fractions not the Noble Fractions.
The Noble Society Department was created several decades ago, not only from the Philippian Empire but also other nationwide to ensure future young generations to provide education and leadership training to individuals from common backgrounds who have gained noble status not only who gained, but also from a family background who manage to obtain noble status representing from teh Freedom Fractions. It reflects the ideals of the Freedom Fraction, promoting responsibility, leadership, and social mobility.
So, what is the purpose and objectives why was the Noble Society created? Well, I can explain you to that. I don't know who was he or what was his name but he represents the Freedom Fraction, because of being oppressed by the Royalties and Nobilities of the Fraction, they seek to overthrow or reform our rule over them. Because that UN or I mean the remaining countries of the UN and the Association couldn't help due to to much flaw from the rules created long time ago.
Okay, let's not talk about its history. But, it was created to stop the influence and the power of that Fractions by becoming Nobles and Royalty, the examples are most part of the "Asia United Federation (AUF)". Most of the Asian Countries are ruled from the Freedom Fractions or some from the Neutral Fractions.
Well, that is for the discussions about the Noble Society...

Miss Sakura: "Good Morning, Accel. I have done dealing some stuff from the Noble Society Department, please come here at the Alchemy Department. I need some help and assistance for my potion making experiments, Thank you!"

Accel: "I need to prepare my protective gear again..."
(Several Minutes Later --- Alchemy Department --- Room 305)
After going back to his dormitory to get his protective gear that have at least 3 to 4 resistance against something he couldn't handled. He went to the Alchemy Department on the 3rd Floor Room 5, where Miss Sakura will do her potion making.
Accel: "The Alchemy Department is a distinguished division dedicated to the study and practice of alchemy, blending ancient techniques from the past with modern magic and technological advancements."
Basically, the Alchemy Department is one of the branches that was created by the "World Alchemy Union (WAU)" wherein a highly experienced alchemists with a background in both traditional and modern alchemical practices all around the world, they belong both from the Freedom Fractions and Neutral Fractions.
Accel: "On the other hand, the Potion Making is one of the core curriculum of Alchemy, because it provide people with the knowledge and skills to create a wide range of potions for various applications. Through rigorous training and innovative research, the department ensures that graduates are proficient in both the art and science of potion making, of course."
When Accel entered the Alchemy Department Room 5, it was filled with so many fragile item and things that should be use carefully and Miss Sakura saw me and asked me some help.
Miss Sakura: "Oh! Accel, it's been awhile. Let's set aside our greetings, I need help practice my potion making skills. (Wears her protective gear)"
Accel: "Understood. (Wears his protective gear)"
After that, Miss Sakura begins her potion making with her assistant, Accel. With so many attempts in successfully making potions with enhancements takes patience and trial. After the helping of Miss Sakura making potion making in order to increase her skill proficiency left and said her good byes, because she has other events to attend.
(Lunch --- Building B Cafeteria)
Accel get some lunch that is Friend Chicken with Rice and Gravy with some Chicken Noodle Soup. While eating lunch he then continues staying his positioning and techniques for the upcoming final exams, on what should he do when that exam will start.
According to the live shows last year in was an intense battle royale that most of the Grade 7 students was eliminated, including the Grade 8 students, as for the Grade 9 students they were totally wipeout. The reason was because too much conflicts and betrayal, because in the battle royale its not allowed to form teams but allowed only temporarily, since its on individual battle royale.
That is why the this battle royale for those students who failed last year will to there 2nd attempt and they have made already plans for themselves. That is why, they warned other group of students that its not recommended to form teams temporarily, its better doing solo instead of team due to the problems from last year.
And lastly according to the Academy Rules, when a student reached his/her 3rd attempt and failed the final exam, he/she will be expelled from the Academy permanently. Though the students can enter normal academy or schools, but they won't have anymore or more or less access to information of there abilities and skills.
There is also options that instead of going to the academy students or former students of NMA will become adventurers and learn on there own, basically a survival of the fitness. Or lastly apply or join the Military Fractions to obtain titles and social status for honor or recognition. Though its very strict Fractions and people who are born in the Military Fractions will look down on you, because transferring Fractions can deem you either a spy or not one of them, something like that...
Accel: "I think I will go back to the National Association to ask more about the Military Fractions..."
