Ghouls are one of the dominant species of the mountains living in solitude. They have never bothered humankind and live peacefully in the mountains. However, they contain some deadly traits that rival even demons.
Kalci would have to kill Culcio before he showed off any more of his ghoul likeness. Luckily unlike demons, they couldn't actually regenerate their limbs. So if a limb is lost or eradicated it's gone.
