Kalci hasn't met this man but he's surely heard of him. he was the whole reason he was moving to Thashers unit. He was much closer to the main action than they theorized for some reason.

They had spoken of him in their meetings before the invasion. Thasher was particularly worried about him and his...Secret army. That's who these people were. Culcio was the major general of this army.
