He said nothing was wrong , they asked again are you sure he said yes then they said okay.He decided to keep it as a secret so as not to raise suspicion.
That night when he was sleeping the python appeared to him in his dream and told him "Obinna I have given you the powers to rule you are now the new Python King " he then woke up ,he thought it was just a mere dream because of the way he has been thinking of what transpired that day .
The next day his father told him to prepare that he was following him to the forest for they would soon go for hunting.
Obinna steadily agreed then he went to his room and carried his hunting bag.
When they got to the forest, they dispersed to two different ways:one going to the left while the other going to the right.While Obinna was in the bush, the python appeared to him and said"it is time for you to possess the powers necessary for the fight". The python eyes began to shine white making Obinna feel scared.The white eyes of the python met with his eyes and he began to feel shiverish inside.
