(A/N: I expected this. Very well then, Miriko it is.)
As the morning sun filtered through my curtains, I completed my morning rituals, feeling refreshed and ready for another day. Just as I was about to head to the kitchen to prepare breakfast, a knock at the door interrupted my thoughts.
"Leo! Open up!" Ashido's cheerful voice rang through the door, quickly followed by Toru's giggles.
I opened the door to find them standing there, grinning from ear to ear. "You two are up early!" I said, stepping aside to let them in.
"We came to experience more of your cooking!" Ashido exclaimed, bouncing on her feet. "We're totally addicted now!"
"Yeah, that picnic yesterday was life-changing," Toru added, her eyes sparkling. "We couldn't stop thinking about it!"
I laughed, inviting them in. "You know, you two should be careful. At this rate, I might have to start charging for my culinary masterpieces!"
As they stepped inside, they paused to look around. Their eyes widened in surprise as they explored my villa for the first time. The place was spotless, each corner reflecting my tidy nature.
The living room was cozy, with a large sofa facing a wall-mounted TV, and colorful throw pillows scattered about. I had decorated it with posters from various hero films and anime, giving it a warm, inviting feel.
"Wow, Leo! This place is amazing!" Ashido exclaimed, taking in the surroundings. "I can't believe how nice it is!"
"Yeah, it looks like you've got it all figured out," Toru chimed in, examining the shelves lined with books and a few trophies I had won during school events.
I chuckled. "Thanks! It's a work in progress, but I try to keep it tidy. Come on, I'll get some breakfast ready!"
I led them to the kitchen, where I started whipping up breakfast. As I cooked, I couldn't help but feel a warmth in my chest at their laughter and playful banter. I was excited to share my cooking with them again, and I knew they would love it just as much as they did yesterday.
"Alright, breakfast is ready!" I called out, placing the final touches on the plates.
Before them was a vibrant spread that could only be described as a feast. There were fluffy blueberry pancakes, each one glowing with a warm golden hue, topped with a rich, maple syrup that shimmered in the light. Next to that, I had prepared perfectly scrambled eggs, fluffy and seasoned just right, glistening with a hint of butter. And to finish it off, I had a fresh fruit salad, colorful and enticing, with strawberries, kiwi, and melon, all sprinkled with a dusting of powdered sugar that sparkled like fairy dust.
The three of us settled around the dining table, and I couldn't wait to see their reactions again. "I hope you're both ready for another foodgasm!"
They exchanged eager glances, and without waiting for my cue, they dove in. The moment they took their first bites, I could see the look of pure delight wash over their faces. It was like watching a light switch turn on, and the joyful moans that followed were music to my ears.
Following that came the inevitable chaos. With the first bite of the fluffy pancakes, both of their dresses shattered, leaving them fully exposed in a state of shock as the fabric disintegrated around them. I was left staring, stunned by the unexpected turn of events, as they desperately tried to cover themselves with their hands, faces flushed.
"What the—?!" Ashido squeaked, her cheeks turning as pink as her hair.
"How did we forget about this effect?!" Toru exclaimed, scrambling for something to hide her exposed self.
"Uh, just a moment!" I stammered, my mind racing as I quickly turned to my space manipulation. "Be right back!"
In a flash, I teleported to the clothing store, my mind racing. I quickly grabbed a couple of stylish dresses that I hoped would fit them perfectly. Within moments, I was back, holding the new outfits in my hands.
When I returned, I was surprised to see that, unlike yesterday, today they were too engrossed in finishing their food to care about their exposed state. Ashido was reaching for another pancake while Toru was stealing a pancake off my plate with a cheeky grin.
I just stood there, frozen, mouth agape as I took in the beautiful scenery, their breasts jiggling with each their movement, and I could even see their pussy, Toru's was cleanly shaved while Ashido had a small fluff of hair that makes it look cuter. Their carefree laughter filled the air as they completely ignored their predicament, their focus solely on the delicious food before them. And due to the scenery, something was rising, and it definitely wasn't the Shield Hero.
"Uh, Leo?" Toru finally noticed me staring. Her gaze flicked briefly downwards, and I could see her face turn an even deeper shade of red as she caught sight of the bulge in my pants. "If you're done staring at our naked bodies, can you get us those clothes?"
Ashido, curious about what Toru was staring at, followed her gaze and her eyes widened in realization. "Whoa! Leo, you're packing quite the load! Are you sure you don't want to give us a show?" she teased, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment and amusement.
I chuckled, completely unbothered by their reactions. "Oh, come on, I thought you both preferred the food! Or do you want to try my meat too?"
Their jaws dropped, and they exchanged incredulous glances, their faces turning an even deeper shade of crimson. "You scumbag!" Ashido exclaimed, unable to hide her embarrassment.
"Seriously, you pervert!" Toru added, her cheeks practically glowing as she tried to cover herself more effectively.
"Can you be any more shameless?" they chimed together, laughter mixing with their embarrassment.
I shrugged, a smirk on my face as I held the dresses out. "Right! Clothes! Here you go!"
"Thanks! We were just, you know, enjoying the food since it won't taste this good when cold," Ashido replied, taking a bite of a pancake with a cheeky grin. Her eyes sparkled with mischief as she added, "Plus, who could resist this heavenly goodness? It's like a flavor explosion!"
"Yeah, who knew being fully naked could be this liberating?" Toru joked, winking at me as she reached for more pancakes.
I couldn't help but laugh at their antics, shaking my head in disbelief. "You two are something else. Are all the girls these days this open, or is it just you both?"
Ashido grinned, leaning back in her chair with a playful smirk. "Oh, it's not just us. The other girls in class are just as open—maybe even more so."
Toru giggled, nodding in agreement. "Yup! We're all pretty close with each other."
Curious, I raised an eyebrow. "Really? And why is that?"
They exchanged a mischievous glance before saying in unison, "That's a secret!"
I chuckled, shaking my head again. "You girls are full of surprises."
After they finally finished eating and we cleared the table, I turned to them, still curious about their actual plan. "So, what's next? Are you still plotting your grand revenge?"
They exchanged mischievous glances before Ashido broke into a grin. "Well, you know, we're still plotting our epic revenge on you. And now we can add today to the list, too!"
"Wait, what? Today? But I've already given you the ultimate food experience!" I exclaimed, mock horror washing over my face. "You can't add this to the revenge list! It's like attacking the very source of your addiction!"
"Exactly! That's what makes it even more brilliant!" Toru giggled, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
"Ugh, I can't believe this. I'm being attacked by my own cooking!" I laughed, throwing my hands up in defeat. "What have I done to deserve this?"
They burst into laughter, and I couldn't help but join in, feeling the warmth of their camaraderie. Today was just another chaotic adventure, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
After a bit more teasing, Ashido perked up, eyeing the TV. "So, Leo, are we watching something or what?"
"Right, right, I'll get the popcorn ready." I smiled, heading to the kitchen.
As I prepared the popcorn, the usual magic happened. Literally. The buttered kernels began to glow with the same warm, golden light that my dishes were infamous for. I chuckled to myself—of course, even the popcorn couldn't escape the foodgasm effect.
When I came out of the kitchen, carrying the glowing bowl, both Ashido and Toru stared at it, wide-eyed.
"You've gotta be kidding me," Ashido snickered, leaning forward. "Even your popcorn is glowing now?"
"I swear, I can't control it!" I said, grinning. "The glow just happens when I cook, but hey, it's part of the experience, right?"
Toru laughed and took a handful, inspecting the glowing kernels before popping them into her mouth. "Well, at least it still tastes amazing. But I think we're officially addicted."
Ashido leaned into my side, tossing a glowing piece of popcorn into her mouth. "Definitely addicted," she added with a wink.
(A/N: As for how the clothes survived this time. That effect is on a cooldown so to speak (Not really). Besides its will get boring too quickly if the clothes get shattered every time.)
As the movie started, we all settled onto the couch. Toru nestled herself into my shoulder, her warm presence leaning into me, while Ashido, ever playful, snuggled closer, draping herself comfortably across my other side. The gentle weight of their closeness was more relaxing than I expected, and before long, the line between watching the movie and simply enjoying the moment began to blur.
Toru lazily grabbed another piece of popcorn from the glowing bowl, but instead of eating it herself, she held it up to my mouth with a teasing smile. "Here, you deserve some too."
I chuckled, accepting the offer, only for Ashido to quickly follow suit, popping another piece of popcorn into my mouth. "Guess this is reward for my cooking, huh?" I joked.
Ashido smirked, snuggling in closer. "You can think of it like that. We're sharing the food… and the love."
As the first movie rolled on, laughter filled the room, punctuated by the occasional crunch of popcorn. Hours slipped away unnoticed as the sunlight outside gradually shifted from golden afternoon to the soft hues of twilight.
When the credits finally rolled, Toru stretched her arms overhead, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "That was so comfy! Can we watch another one?"
"Absolutely!" Ashido chimed in, her enthusiasm infectious. "I'm not ready to leave this cozy spot yet!"
I glanced at the clock, surprised at how late it had gotten. "Alright, but what do you want to watch next? I have a few more lined up."
Their faces lit up with anticipation as they began tossing out movie titles, each suggestion filled with excitement. After settling on a new film, I grabbed the glowing bowl of popcorn and refilled it before returning to the couch.
As the second movie began, Toru nestled deeper into my side, and Ashido draped her arm across my shoulders, both of them clearly trying to get more comfortable. Smiling to myself, I gently freed my hands from between them, wrapping my arms around their shoulders so they could lean in closer. With them snuggled up against me, the warmth between us felt electric. I didn't even have to reach for the popcorn anymore—they were feeding me, making the flickering screen more of a backdrop to our shared comfort than the center of our attention.
The night wore on, and our laughter grew louder, the lighthearted atmosphere making it easy to forget the outside world. As the shadows deepened, the popcorn glowed softly in the bowl, a perfect metaphor for the warm connection we were nurturing.
"Wow, time flies when you're having fun," I remarked, glancing outside to see the night fully settled in.
"Or when you're spending it with good company," Ashido said, her playful grin illuminating the dim room.
When the second movie ended, I could sense the reluctance in the air to break our cozy bubble. "One more?" Toru suggested, her eyes pleading.
"Alright, just one more," I laughed, unable to resist their charm.
With the third movie queued up, I settled back against the couch, feeling the warmth of Toru's head resting gently on my shoulder and Ashido's arm wrapped around me, her presence a comforting weight. The world outside faded away, leaving just the three of us, sharing laughter, snacks, and a night filled with comfortable intimacy. The air in the room grew cozier, the movie becoming a soft backdrop to the easy comfort between us.
As we huddled closer, the lines between watching the movie and simply enjoying each other's company began to blur. The warmth of our closeness felt natural—almost inevitable—as the night wore on, and I could sense that we were becoming more wrapped up in the moment. The laughter faded, replaced by a gentle silence, punctuated only by the soft hum of the film playing in the background.
Eventually, I glanced at the clock, realizing how late it had gotten. The atmosphere shifted, the cozy vibe edging toward something deeper. We were getting close to that fine line where the night might turn into something… a bit more. I felt a flutter of nerves but also an undeniable pull toward Ashido, who was gazing at me with those sparkling eyes full of mischief and warmth.
With a soft smile, I leaned in, our faces drawing closer. Ashido's breath caught for a moment, and then, before I could second-guess myself, I pressed my lips against hers. The kiss was light at first, a gentle exploration, but as she melted into the moment, it deepened, filling the space between us with a warmth that sent my heart racing.
When we finally pulled away, both of us breathless and smiling, I turned to Toru, who was watching with wide eyes, a mix of surprise and embarrassment on her face. "What about you?" I asked, my heart still not satisfied.
"Me?" she asked, almost shyly, but there was a playful glint in her eyes. I didn't need to wait for her to answer. I leaned in again, capturing her lips in a soft kiss. It felt just as natural, just as warm, as I shared that moment with her, too.
As we pulled back, the three of us exchanged glances filled with a mix of giddy excitement and affection, the atmosphere thick with an unspoken understanding. The night stretched before us, promising warmth, laughter, and maybe a little mischief as we sat together, enveloped in our cozy little bubble. Eventually, I glanced at the clock, realizing how late it had gotten. The atmosphere shifted, the cozy vibe edging toward something deeper. We were getting really close to that fine line where the night might turn into something… exciting.
(A/N: No R-18. Go to horny jail you degenerates. Bonk!)
(P.S: I am not degenerated to the point were I will make R-18 with 16 year old girls. Also a heads up. You can expect R-18 after Leo unlocks time manipulation i.e after he meets Eri.)
As the credits rolled on the third movie, the warmth of the evening lingered, a teasing reminder of how close we'd all become. Reluctantly, Toru and Ashido shifted away from my embrace, their playful expressions betraying their desire to stay a little longer.
"I can't believe we have to leave already," Ashido pouted, her big eyes full of mischief. "I mean, other than the food, we've barely had enough time to hang out with you, Leo!"
Toru nodded, adding with a grin, "Yeah, if we stay here any longer, I think our parents might actually raid your house for their daughters!"
I chuckled, shaking my head. "As tempting as that sounds, I'd prefer to keep my doors intact. If I keep you here much longer, they might just really show up with pitchforks!"
With a dramatic sigh, I tried to convince them, "You can visit whenever you want! I don't live miles away; I'm practically your neighbor!"
They exchanged glances, still hesitant, but I knew I had to get them home. Opening a shimmering portal, I gestured for them to step through. "Besides, it's way too late for a stroll. Let's make this easy."
After they stepped through the portal and waved goodbye, I watched as it shimmered shut behind them. A content smile lingered on my face as I reflected on the night.
Unbeknownst to me, back at home, Ashido and Toru were discussing my future weekends in a group chat humorously dubbed "Leo's Secret Lovers," a name that would surely surprise me later.
Toru excitedly typed, "You guys won't believe how cozy it got with Leo! The food was amazing, and we practically took over his couch!"
Ashido added with a playful tone, "Right? I can't believe we got to spend all that time with him! And can we talk about those kisses? Totally worth it!"
Momo, feeling a twinge of envy, replied, "Ugh, I wish I could have been there! You two are so lucky!"
Tsuyu chimed in, "Sounds like you had a blast. I'd trade anything for some of Leo's cooking."
Yaoyorozu thoughtfully suggested, "Since we live far away, why don't we just ask Leo to open a portal for us next time? That way we can all enjoy his cooking together!"
Uraraka joined in, "That sounds perfect! Imagine the fun we'd all have! I bet Leo wouldn't mind at all."
The chat continued buzzing with excitement and playful banter as the other girls chimed in with their own ideas. From that moment, it became clear that weekends at Leo's would be filled with even more delightful chaos and adventures, but those were stories for the future.
A night without words faded into day, and soon I woke up, excitement bubbling inside me for the first day of internships. I jumped out of bed, completed my morning rituals, and whipped up a quick breakfast. After devouring my meal, I packed my bag and headed toward the bus stop.
The sky was overcast, a light drizzle falling as I waited at the stop. I didn't have to wait long, though. Soon, Ashido and Toru strolled toward me, their umbrellas shielding them from the rain, their smiles brightening up the dreary morning.
I smiled and greeted them, "Good morning, Toru-chan, Mina-chan! You don't mind me calling you Mina, do you, Ashido?"
Mina waved off my concern with a playful smile. "It's totally fine, Leo! But..." she feigned sadness, placing a hand dramatically over her heart, "just a greeting, nothing else?"
Hearing her playful tone, I grinned mischievously and caught both of them by their waists, pulling them into a warm embrace, careful not to let the rain get to them. Leaning down, I pressed a kiss to Toru's lips on the right side, whispering, "Good morning, Toru-chan." Then I turned to Mina and did the same, kissing her on the left side and adding, "Good morning, Mina-chan. Are you both happy now?"
They both lightly mumbled "hmm" in satisfaction with my greeting, their cheeks flushing a soft pink from the unexpected kisses. After a brief pause, they smiled, their expressions as radiant as ever despite the grey skies, before chiming together, "Good morning to you too, Leo!"
After the greetings, we just waited for the bus with light chats to pass the time. Soon, the bus arrived, and we got on it. After sitting down, we continued chatting, but unlike every other time when Ashido sat opposite us, today I was in the middle—Toru on my right, Mina on my left. It felt nice, and I wasn't going to complain about being sandwiched between them.
After traveling for a while, Kirishima and Kaminari got on at their stop. Spotting us, they made their way over and sat down across from us.
"Hey, come on, Leo!" Kaminari grinned, eyeing the way I was nestled between the girls. "You took Ashido too? Leave some for us, man!"
Kirishima chuckled, giving Ashido a friendly pat on the shoulder. "Good for you, Ashido! You finally found someone!"
Toru and I glanced at Ashido, confused. Ashido laughed, waving a hand in Kirishima's direction. "Oh, right, I forgot to mention—Kirishima and I went to the same middle school. We've known each other for a while."
Intrigued, I looked at her. "Wait, really? Got any embarrassing stories about him?"
She winked, launching into a couple of fun anecdotes about their middle school days, including a rather funny incident where a stranger tried to scare her on the way home once.
Hearing that, my mood shifted immediately. I looked at Ashido seriously and said, "He dared to scare my Mina-chan? Don't worry, I'll go teach him a lesson. Just tell me where you met him."
Ashido laughed, quickly grabbing my arm to stop me from getting carried away. "Whoa there, hero-boy. It's ancient history! Besides, I took care of it, no need to go picking fights. You'd just scare him off anyway."
I blinked, then grinned, relaxing back in my seat. "Fine, fine, I'll let him off the hook… this time."
Satisfied that I wasn't going to go off on a wild crusade, she smiled, squeezing my arm lightly before we all shifted the conversation to chat about our vacations.
But our chats were cut short when a man at the front of the bus stood up, eyes narrowing in our direction. "Hey, you kids. You're from the Hero course, right?" His gaze shifted to me, recognition sparking. "You're Leo, the champion of the first-years."
The bus instantly turned into a hotbed of excitement, like sizzling oil in a frying pan. Compliments and questions fired from every corner.
Passenger A, a lady with a kind smile, asked, "How's it feel to be number one in your class?"
Passenger B, a young guy practically jumping in his seat, added, "Leo! How strong are you? Could you take on pro heroes?"
Passenger C, an older man in a cap, chimed in, "Got any hero name ideas yet?"
Passenger D, a middle-aged man in a suit, leaned forward, looking a bit wistful. "I wish my kid was like you guys. Instead, all he does is play video games and skip school. You've got such bright futures ahead!"
I grinned, answering a few questions. "Being number one? Just means I've got to keep working harder. As for a hero name, I'm still cooking up something special."
The questions kept coming, but after a few autographs, I decided it was time to bail. "That's our cue to leave." Wrapping an arm around Toru and Mina's waists, I teleported us out of the crowded bus and straight to the school gate.
Mina chuckled as we reappeared. "Nice escape plan, Leo."
Before I could reply, I heard a familiar voice from the bus as I returned to grab Kirishima and Kaminari. "You don't leave a man behind!"
Smirking, I materialized next to them and guessed the rest. Draping my arms over their shoulders in a buddy-buddy way, I said, "Who said I'm leaving a man behind?"
In another blink, we were all back at the school gate, no one left behind this time.
As we stepped out of the bus and into the fresh air, the buzz from the crowd still echoed in my ears. I glanced at Mina and Toru, both grinning widely.
"Wow, Leo! That was impressive!" Mina exclaimed, her excitement palpable. "That was smooth!"
Toru nodded enthusiastically. "Real smooth! You really know how to keep your cool!"
Kirishima and Kaminari joined us, out of breath but beaming. "Dude, that escape plan was genius!" Kaminari said, clapping me on the back. "Teleporting us out of there like that? Super slick!"
Kirishima grinned, his eyes sparkling. "For real! I thought we were going to be stuck on that bus forever! You've got some serious skills, Leo!"
I shrugged, a smile creeping onto my face. "Thanks, guys. I just figured it was better to make a quick exit before things got too wild."
With that, we walked through the gate together, the excitement of the day still buzzing in the air.
Since we teleported, we arrived extremely early. As we walked toward the school, Toru looked around at the wet surroundings and the puddles forming on the ground. Suddenly, her eyes widened. "Hey, wait a minute! It's been pouring rain all morning, but how are we not getting wet?" She held up her umbrella, looking completely baffled.
The realization hit the others as they checked their own umbrellas. Kaminari stared at his like it was a magic wand. "Wait, what? Are we in some kind of dry bubble? This is wild!"
Mina gasped, her mouth forming a perfect 'O.' "I thought I was just having the best luck ever! I was ready for a soaking, and now I'm dry as a bone!" She looked at her umbrella as if it were a rare treasure.
Looking at their priceless expressions, I couldn't resist and secretly took out my phone to snap a quick photo. Once I tucked it away, I lost it completely and burst out laughing, my eyes tearing up from how funny they looked. After finally getting a grip, I wiped away the tear and said, "Hehe, your expressions are absolutely priceless—especially you two! Don't sweat it; it was my nifty trick. I just didn't want you both to get soaked when we teleported."
Mina put a hand on her hip, pretending to scold me. "You could've warned us! I was about to have a mini panic attack thinking I was just lucky for no reason!"
Toru chimed in, dramatically holding her umbrella like a trophy. "Yeah! I was ready to start a rain dance, thinking I had some kind of special powers while everyone else was drenched!"
I chuckled, shaking my head. "You both looked like you just found out you won the lottery or something. I didn't want to ruin the surprise!"
Kaminari snorted, barely holding back his laughter. "Next time, let's add fireworks or something! Who knew staying dry could be so exciting?"
Mina laughed, flicking her umbrella playfully. "Or we could just celebrate with hot chocolate after! That's way more my speed!"
Toru nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah, let's make it a rainy day tradition—surprise escapes and hot chocolate!"
As we continued walking, laughter filled the air, and I felt a warm glow in my chest. Moments like these reminded me how lucky I was to have such fun and supportive friends who could turn any dreary day into an adventure.
After we entered the building, we stowed our umbrellas in the class's dedicated locker room. We then made our way into the classroom, and I stepped in first, flicking the lights on. As the room lit up, we all headed to our seats, picking up our earlier conversation, now peppered with new elements from our rain-soaked adventure.
Not long after, Sero and Tsuyu walked in, and our discussions became even more lively as they shared their own experiences. We burst out laughing when Sero recounted how some grade schoolers had mocked him after his quick defeat by Todoroki in the Sports Festival, saying he made a "good effort." The ridiculousness of it all kept the mood light.
One by one, more students trickled in. Kirishima and Kaminari drifted off to chat with some others, but I found myself held up by the girls. I noticed that at least every boy in the class shot me a glance between their conversations, clearly aware that the girls seemed even closer to me now.
Ida and Midoriya soon entered the room, and out of the corner of my eye, I caught Ida glancing my way, clearly wanting to come over but then hesitating and walking to his seat instead.
As I took in the lively atmosphere of the classroom, I couldn't help but think, 'One small event that nobody is going to remember in a few weeks, and the entire world's attention is on us.' I chuckled lightly to myself, 'Guess that's UA for ya…'
Soon the bell rang, and everyone was in their seats in an instant. Seeing how fast the class snapped into attention, I chuckled to myself and shook my head.' Are these guys really that terrified of Aizawa-sensei? I guess Mineta's expulsion gave them PTSD.'
Sure enough, Aizawa-sensei walked in with his usual drowsy demeanor and greeted us, "Morning."
"Good morning!" we all responded in unison.
He stepped onto the podium, scanning the class before continuing, "Looks like you're all rested up. If you aren't, well, too bad. The hero course doesn't wait for anyone. Anyway, today you have a hero information class, and it's a special one."
Mixed reactions rippled through the class.
Kirishima groaned, "The stuff about hero laws and junk... I suck at that."
Kaminari added, "And a special one? Don't tell me it's another pop quiz. Give us a break!"
Others muttered and groaned under their breath.
Aizawa's neutral expression didn't change as he decided to break the suspense. "You will be coming up with your hero aliases."
The room exploded into cheers. "YEAHHH!!!!" The excitement in the room was so intense, I almost wondered if the soundproofing could handle it.
Amid the cheers, I couldn't help but smile at the energy radiating through the class. It was contagious. But, as always, Aizawa's hair began to rise, signaling the activation of his quirk. Noticing this, we all quickly settled down, and his hair dropped back to normal.
With the room quiet again, Aizawa continued, "But first, concerning the pro draft picks I mentioned the other day... The numbers are based on who the pros think will be ready to join the hero workforce in two or three years. It's their way of showing interest in your futures. But remember, there's plenty of time for their interest to wane before you graduate. Any and all offers can be arbitrarily revoked, and it happens quite often."
Toru raised her hand. "So, if we're picked now, that means we'll have to go through even harder hurdles in the future?"
Aizawa nodded. "Yes."
Then, he clicked something on his remote, and the screen lit up, showing a horizontal bar graph of the draft pick numbers:
1. Leo: 5269
2. Midoriya: 4536
3. Tokoyami: 4433
4. Jiro: 4189
5. Todoroki: 3856
6. Bakugo: 3120
7. Ida: 301
8. Kaminari: 260
9. Kirishima: 234
10. Yaoyorozu: 208
Aizawa explained, "Usually, it's an even spread, much like what you see in the top six. But this year, the top players took most of the spotlight. Leo, congratulations. For the first time in U.A.'s history, you received requests from every hero agency in Japan."
(A/N: Just my guess. There might be way more that that.)
I blinked, feeling all eyes on me as the weight of his words settled in. Every agency? The room buzzed with reactions.
Kaminari whistled. "Every single agency? Dude, that's insane!"
Kirishima punched the air, grinning. "That's so manly, Leo!"
Toru and Mina, sitting nearby, beamed proudly at me. "Way to go, Leo!" Mina cheered.
Jiro gave me a subtle thumbs-up, clearly pleased but staying cool. "Guess you really made a mark."
Even Bakugo grumbled, though it was hard to tell if he was annoyed or impressed. "Tch... whatever."
Midoriya, looking down the list, looked astonished but genuinely happy for me. "Wow, Leo! That's incredible!"
I rubbed the back of my neck, feeling the pressure from all the attention. "Thanks, guys... I guess I'll have to live up to it now, huh?"
Aizawa, seeming satisfied with the class's reactions, continued, "Whether you were picked or not, you'll all have the chance to work alongside the pros. It's true you've experienced more than most, but watching the pros in action and participating will still be worthwhile training."
Sato suddenly exclaimed, "That's where our hero names come in!"
Uraraka, clearly excited, added, "This is really getting fun!"
Aizawa, unbothered by their enthusiasm, pressed on, "They're only tentative, but you still want to pick something appropriate... or else you'll know true hell."
Before we could fully process the weight of his words, the door slid open, and in walked Midnight, striking her usual confident pose. She flashed a mischievous grin. "The name you pick now... is what the world will end up calling you. And trust me, it's happened to plenty of heroes out there."
The entire class exclaimed in unison, "Midnight!!!"
Aizawa, muttering under his breath, continued, "True enough. Midnight here will be assessing the sensibility of the names you pick. I'm not good at that..."
Without missing a beat, he pulled out his trusty sleeping bag from his pocket, climbed inside, and laid down on the floor. "What future do you see for yourself?" he said in his usual monotone voice. "The name you choose will bring you ever closer to cementing a certain image because names are capable of reflecting one's true character."
By the time he finished, he was fully cocooned in his sleeping bag, leaving the rest to Midnight.
We all stared at him for a second, then refocused on Midnight as she clapped her hands together. "Alright, everyone, let's get started! You've got some time to think about your hero names. Once you've got one, you'll present it to the class."
For the next 15 minutes, the classroom was filled with the scratching of pens on paper and murmurs as we all racked our brains for the perfect name. Some were visibly struggling, while others seemed more confident. The first to step up was none other than Aoyama.
Midnight smiled. "It'll be like a formal presentation. Get on the podium and show off your hero names!"
Aoyama confidently strutted up to the front, sparkles trailing in his wake. "I shall now reveal my name to the world!" he announced, dramatically flourishing his arms.
We all leaned in, curious about what over-the-top name he had come up with.
Seeing Aoyama step onto the podium, Sero leaned back and said with a grin, "Sheesh, that Yuga's got guts."
Aoyama confidently took the board, raising it high for all to see. "Here I go!" he declared, before dramatically revealing his hero name: Shining Hero: I cannot stop twinkling!!
The class collectively groaned in unison, "It's a whole sentence!"
Midnight sighed, but still smiled. "It'll be easier to say if you remove the 'I' and abbreviate 'cannot' into 'can't'."
Aoyama's eyes lit up as he replied, "I see, mademoiselle!"
Midnight's eye twitched, and she muttered, "What the hell, kid?"
Next, Ashido strode forward confidently. "Okay, I'm next! Call me... Alien Queen!"
The corner of my mouth twitched at the name, but before I could react, Midnight flat-out rejected it. "From the sequel? Is it because her blood was acidic? That's a terrible name."
Ashido pouted as she descended from the podium, and Midnight clicked her tongue in disapproval. "Tch!"
A few more names followed, with their own quirks, and every name was rejected until Tsuyu raised her hand. "Can I go next, please?"
Midnight nodded, "Tsuyu, go ahead."
Tsuyu approached the podium and held up her board. "I've had this in mind since elementary school. You can call me Rainy Season Hero: Froppy."
I nodded in approval, and Midnight beamed. "So cute! It makes you sound like you'd be easy to get to know! And the rest of you, take note—this is a perfectly lovable name."
Following Tsuyu, more students stepped up. Kirishima proudly declared his hero name as Sturdy Hero: Red Riot, and for Jiro, after some brainstorming with me, she went with Soundwave Hero: Sonic Pulse.
Shoji's name was Tentacle Hero: Tentacole, Sero's was Taping Hero: Cellophane, and Ojiro's Martial Arts Hero: Tailman earned a light-hearted groan from Sato, who muttered, "Copycat," before revealing his own name as Sweets Hero: Sugarman.
Ashido followed up with a name that suited her playful personality: Acid Hero: Pinky. It was a hit, drawing approving nods from the class.
Kaminari proudly introduced himself as the Stun-gun Hero: Chargebolt, while Toru kept it simple with Stealth Hero: Invisible Girl.
Midnight encouraged us with a smile, "You're all doing great. Keep them coming."
Yaoyorozu stepped up next with her name: Everything Hero: Creati, and Todoroki, staying true to himself, simply named himself Shoto.
Tokoyami, ever dramatic, presented his name as Jet Black Hero: Tsukuyomi, and Koda humbly introduced himself as the Petting Hero: Anima.
Finally, Bakugo went up, and to everyone's surprise, revealed his name: Explosion King: Dynamight. It was a name I had suggested to him, and it left the class momentarily stunned before erupting into cheers.
Uraraka followed with her own name, beaming proudly as she held up her board: Gravity Hero: Uravity, her enthusiasm infectious.
The atmosphere was buzzing with energy as each of us cemented the first step toward our future identities as heroes.
After Uraraka presented her name, Midnight muttered, "This went smoother than expected. All that's left are Leo, Ida, and Midoriya."
Ida, still hesitant, scribbled furiously on his board, erasing and rewriting as he wrestled with his thoughts. Finally, he took a deep breath and walked up to the podium. With determination, he turned his board around, revealing the name "Tenya" written clearly across it.
The class fell silent for a moment, processing Ida's choice. He stood tall, shoulders squared, as Midnight regarded him thoughtfully. "You too, huh? Just your name?" she said softly, her tone conveying understanding.
Next, Midoriya stood, looking a little more composed after some heavy thought. He hesitated for a brief moment before stepping forward with his board. When he reached the podium, he turned it around for everyone to see: "Hero of Might: Atlas."
The room went silent for a moment, then a murmur of appreciation spread through the class. Midnight raised a brow, impressed. "Strong, supportive, and dependable," she commented. "It suits you, Midoriya."
Midoriya took a breath, gathering his thoughts. "I chose this name because Atlas was known for carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders," he explained, his voice gaining strength. "I want to be someone who can support others and help them stand tall. Just like some people who supported me and showed me what it means to be dependable and confident."
He glanced at me, and I nodded in approval, giving him an encouraging smile. A newfound determination shone in his eyes as he returned to his seat, clearly satisfied with his choice and more confident in his role as a hero.
Then it was my turn. I grabbed my board with a knowing grin, making my way up to the podium.
As I stood on the podium, a surge of energy coursed through me. I raised my board high, grinning at my classmates. "Alright, everyone! Get ready for this!" I announced, my voice ringing with enthusiasm.
After raising the atmosphere with a playful grin, I flipped my board around to reveal my hero name: "Cosmic Guardian: Sentinel."
A stunned silence filled the room for just a moment before it exploded into cheers. Aizawa, who had been napping in his sleeping bag, jolted awake, his eyes wide with surprise.
I leaned into the excitement, my voice booming. "I chose this name because a sentinel is a protector, someone who stands guard over those they care about. It symbolizes my promise to watch over my friends and never let them fall! I want to be a source of strength for all of you, especially for the ones who light up my world," I added, casting a glance at the girls, feeling my heart warm slightly. "As a Cosmic Guardian, I want to guard you no matter where you are. You inspire me to strive for greatness every day."
The class erupted into wild applause, and even Aizawa nodded in approval, clearly impressed. The cheers echoed around me, filling me with confidence and a sense of belonging that I wouldn't trade for anything.
Midnight, who had been watching quietly, stepped forward with a grin. "Cosmic Guardian: Sentinel, huh? Bold, strong, and a little mysterious. It fits you perfectly." She licked her lips. "You've got a real knack for this, Leo."
I caught sight of the girls, who were beaming with excitement. Jiro's cheeks flushed slightly, while Uraraka and Ashido exchanged giggles, clearly pleased. Momo offered an encouraging smile, and Tsuyu tilted her head with a gentle grin. Toru, glowing with enthusiasm, gave me a playful thumbs-up, her smile radiant. Their reactions filled me with warmth, and I couldn't help but respond with a gentle smile like sunshine, embracing their support and admiration.
This was the place I belonged, and with them by my side, I knew I could face whatever challenges lay ahead.
(A/N: Fun Fact—Yo, guys, author here! And here's a fun fact for you. You know when I first had the thought about writing a fanfic, this was my idea—to have Sentinel in the MHA world. I wanted to give the powers of Sentinel to the main character, allowing him to absorb and copy any quirk used against him, adding it to his arsenal for future use. My initial concept was to create a ruthless anti-hero MC who would stop at nothing to achieve his goals, using the abilities of those he defeated.
For those who don't know, Sentinel is a powerful character from the Marvel universe, known for being a nearly invincible, human-created android that has shown a ruthless nature in hunting mutants. It has served as both a hero and a villain, depending on the storyline, often displaying a cold, calculating demeanor. But then I changed it into this idea... and I guess it did turn out better, don't you think?
P.S: Can you guys drop some power stones. Since this book is not getting much views recently. So I am slowly starting to lack motivation. So, give me some motivation will ya?)
