"I apologise for not sending news of my arrival beforehand." Katarina bowed her head as she apologised to the man opposite us.
We were sitting in a luxurious room after being taken there by the people who showed up to greet us.
Right now, we were talking with the mayor of the city who just happened to be the heir to a viscount and despite the calm he had, I could see his hands vibrating as he held his cup to his lips.
"Excuse me, but we have not been given your name?" Katarina asked.
"Oh, where are my manners? My name is James Bond."
I who was about to take a sip of my tea coughed as the tea flew into the air and landed on the table.
Katarina looked at me annoyed and the other confused but I'm sure anyone who came from Earth would understand.
"Pardon my manners. But if you don't mind me asking, do you happen to be a secret agent?" I couldn't help myself and blurred out in the most respectful manner I knew.
