Grandma eyebrows twitch for moment, "Don't worry about it, I will ask someone they might teach you how to use magic."
"I'm outsider is that why they're not teaching me or allowing me Inside library." Claude said with sad expression.
"Yes this might be the case and we don't have library here, just look around you only few have wooden house here most of the settlement is made of simple hut." Grandma Mary said.
"Anyways forgot about that now.'
"Claude, since you are awakener now here's little present that I made for you."
Claude look at robe and pants made of light blue colour infront of him and robe also have hoodie in it.
Claude become really happy seeing the gift grandma Mary made for him.
"Thank you grandma Mary its most beautiful gift that I ever received." Claude said with smile widely on his face.
Grandma Mary can tell its his genuine smile.
"Oh, Its nothing special kid, If I don't give you gift who else will."
"Thank you so much for this gift grandma Mary."

"This light blue colour robe is really beautiful, it has two pocket too."

Claude nodded his head in understanding and embarrassment.
As they were talking suddenly a man came inside grandma house without knocking the door.
"Hey, old Mary patch of this holes on this clothes." Man was clearly drunk he could barely even walk because of that.
The strong smell of alcohol completely field the air in room, Claude look at him with glaring eyes.
"Hello Max you still drinking too much alcohol, don't do that."
"If your wife was here, she wouldn't like seeing you like this "
"Shut your damn mouth old hag just do what I tell you."
"Hey, watch your mouth bastard. You can't talk to grandma Mary like this." Claude stood up from he's seat and was about to pick fight with Max.
Grandma Mary hold Claude hand, "Claude let him speak as he wants."
"But he..."
Before couldn't say granny Mary interrupt him and softly says in way max won't hear her voice. "He lost his all family while coming here cause he was protecting me and other people."
"His wife and children were killed along side with other awakened people by beast."

Grandma look at Max with sadness and guilt in her eyes.
"His really good person but after this incident he became like this and he's the one I'm going to Introduce you to he's really good mage."
"Its okay, if I don't learn how to use magic, I'm already tailor." Claude did believe granny words that max might be good mage but teaching isn't everyone stuff and this man is well known alcoholic here.
Always drinking alcohol, just as he wakes up on morning he started drinking till night when he sleeps but he didn't know his backstory before.
The most hated person in settlement after Claude in settlement is Max cause he always ended up fighting with someone everyday.

"Can you teach Claude here about magic."
Max lifted up his head to look at Claude and rejected in second."No"

"Max for old times sack please teach him magic. He's good kid."
"NO" max screamed out. On looker outside saw max standing and screaming at grandma Mary.
Max realise that he got angry and shout at Grandma Mary.
"I.... I'm going to teach few things."
"Thank you Max" and max just nodded his head at grandma Mary and he throws his clothes on her table and holds Claude hands and drag him out.
Claude couldn't let go of his hands from Max grip and drag out from settlement to open space where barrier edge wasn't far from.
'Max is strong, I never thought he would be this strong.' Claude thought to himself.
Max stood infront of Claude and stretch out his one hand in air, while other still holding bottle of alcohol.
"Look at this kid." Max right hand glow with light blue light it looks beautiful as magic particle of ice element hover over his palm and slowly start to make rod of ice.
Max hold ice rod in his hands and swing it in air few times before disappearing into the air.
"Now you saw how was it made now its your turn to do it."
"Make ice rod or any weapon you like."
'it was really bad idea to learn from this drunk head didn't hear that I don't know how to use magic.' Claude look at Max with judging eyes, while Max was without care in the world drinking alcohol for his bottle.
"I don't know how to make anything out of thin air using ice magic, infact I don't even know how to use ice magic or feel ice magic." Claude said.
"That's troublesome, if you don't know anything or feel magic particle in air. Are you sure you have brain in your head kid?" Max said with genuine surprise look on his face.
"I just awaken week ago. So, I don't know anything about magic."
Max walked towards towards Claude but stumbled on to rock and fall on ground and he didn't even twitch or made sound after that.
'is he still alive after this or did he just dropped dead.' Claude got close to him and he could hear snoring sound of Max, Claude tap Max head.
Max suddenly open his eyes and start speaking again."as I said before if someone have brain they can meditate first too feel their respective element magic particle in his/her surrounding."
"As you have shit in your head, you should meditate first to feel magic particle in your surrounding first before trying to search it your body." After that max fall asleep for real this time, he didn't even bulge no matter how Claude tried, defeated Claude decide to meditate first.
Claude sat on Indian meditation position closed his eyes and try to feel mana in air.
It took him few minutes to clear his head from unnecessary thoughts after that he tried to feel mana but he didn't feel anything, it just felt like he was in completely dark place with any light or colour. Just pure completely darkness.
Claude sat for two or three hours in this position but he still didn't feel mana presence in air.
'Maybe its because I have lowest talent that's why." Claude look at sleeping Max and drag him to settlement. He tried lifting him up but he couldn't as Max was tall and heavy weight compared to him and everyone else in settlement also drag Max just like this to his hut.
Next few days Claude spent his time most of his time meditating alone trying to feel mana in his surroundings after few days of struggle he finally saw faint light blue colour in darkness.
Seeing this Claude become so happy in his success to finally seeing mana that he loose his concentration in next second and loose mana particle again.
Meditating once again he finally saw mana particle again but he had focus really hard or else he loose concentration and mana disappear from his vision.
After few hours he finally managed to feel more mana particle in his surroundings one, two, three, four, five...12 and such.
Then try to feel mana inside his body as he already succeed in feel mana his surroundings now its his body turn.
Claude spent two days feeling mana his body but he didn't see single one yet.
Defeated he goes to Max again.
Max drunk alcohol and gulp down his throat and look at Claude,"So, you are saying you can feel and see mana particle in your surrounding but can't feel it inside your body."
"Yes, that's the case."
"Let me ask you this kid, its serious question."
"Are you retard."
Claude was shocked and offended by Max rude remark about him, " What the fuck did you just said to me."
"Are you retard kid." Max ask once again with straight face.
"And even though you heard my question loud and clear on first time yet you still asking second time it seems you are really retard."
Claude anger level raise up again, he had been called many things in his life but retard wasn't one of them.
Claude with anger walked out of Max hut and he could hear max shouting voice.
"Hey, kid you have to control the mana in your surrounding and let it guide inside your body only that way, you can manage to have managed in your body."
"After storing mana in your body guide it to your arms and bend it and control it in way you want too."
