The four fierce-looking Thai men were all dressed in standard black vests and jackets, colorful long pants, and softwood sandals. Another person, an elderly Chinese man, was wearing a loose white robe. He had silver hair parted in the middle, a slightly protruding belly, and looked at least 65 years old.
Could this old man be the legendary Killer King? Didn't Yang Lianting say he was ferocious, tall, and around forty years old? This old man didn't look like a master at all!
As they walked over, I lowered my voice and asked, "What if I kill them all?"
"Wha…" Wrench was speechless.
Taking on five Muay Thai experts alone would be really tough. Liu Shiyi seemed familiar with them and was over there pretending to shake hands and hug them. After exchanging pleasantries, the group walked towards me.
We stood still under the dormitory building, facing forward. I felt an invisible pressure, making it hard to breathe. Especially the stares from the four Thai men; their murderous intent was clear.
With enemies coming, we had to be ready for anything. It was Tang Tian who brought them to the KK district, so it was obvious they were close.
"Cousin!" Yanzi walked over gracefully and affectionately took my arm. Liu Shiyi gave me a gloomy look but didn't say anything.
Tang Tian smiled and said, "Brother, nice to see you again."
"Good to see you!"
Forcing a smile, I asked, "Sis, how have you been?"
"Brother Ning has been very kind to me. I brought lots of goodies for you. Come, help me carry them."
Sensing the tense atmosphere, Yanzi tried to pull me away.
"Wait!"
A tall, dark Thai man blocked my path, growling in broken Chinese.
"Huh?"
I pulled Yanzi behind me and met his fierce gaze head-on. He didn't even introduce himself.
Just then, the old man in the white robe walked over and asked, "Young man, I heard you know Tai Chi Eight Trigram Palm?"
I couldn't help but laugh awkwardly. "Sir, I only know a little."
"Call me Master Niu, thank you!"
"Uh… Master Niu, what do you need from me?"
"I heard you killed one of my disciples. I want to see your skills."
"Uh…" I looked at Liu Shiyi, hoping he would clarify this odd situation.
"They are Paitun's fellow disciples. This elder is their uncle, a Thai Chinese named Niu Baoguo!"
Liu Shiyi seemed taken aback, while Maodinglun looked like he was enjoying the show. It was clear Liu Shiyi didn't know, and Maodinglun had tricked them into coming to fight me.
Another Thai man, clenching his fist, stepped forward and shouted, "Did you kill my junior brother?"
Niu Baoguo immediately stopped him. "Paifa, don't be impulsive. Let me handle this."
"Yes, Paitun provoked me and injured my colleague. In the fight, he unfortunately died," I replied, preparing to fight four of them, stepping back to give myself space.
As for the old man, he seemed harmless.
Another Thai man, eyes red with anger, shouted in Thai, "What are we waiting for? Kill him for revenge."
The man next to him snapped, "Shut up. Don't be reckless!"
Niu Baoguo adjusted his robe and said with an oily smile, "Young man, I will duel you today to seek justice for my nephew. Are you afraid?"
Seeing me step back, he thought I was scared. What a joke.
I smirked. "Sure, I'm scared. Master Niu, will you use Muay Thai or Chinese martial arts against me?"
"Pah! Young man, don't be disrespectful. I think you're a fraud. Today, I will rid the martial world of this plague!"
"…" A fraud? I was speechless, looking at Niu Baoguo like he was an idiot.
"Everyone, step back. Let me handle this. With one move, I'll have him begging on the ground."
Niu Baoguo assumed a fighting stance, ready to brawl. Liu Shiyi, holding Yanzi, stepped aside to chat. Tang Tian, hands in his pockets, watched from the sidelines with his cronies.
Only the four Thai men remained, glaring at me.
I bet that if one attacked, the other three would join in. I couldn't take on all four at once, so I had to gauge their strength first.
If the enemy doesn't move, I won't move. If the enemy moves, I'll move first.
"Boy, watch out! Ah ya ya, Lightning Nine Whip!"
Niu Baoguo shouted as he awkwardly performed a mix of kicks and punches, looking like a flailing chicken.
"Ah!"
Suddenly, he blacked out and fell.
"Who attacked this old man? I was holding back, and you sneak-attacked a 70-year-old. You're shameless! Help me up, my back hurts!" Niu Baoguo yelled from the ground.
"Pfft"
Liu Shiyi and Yanzi couldn't help but laugh. When Liu Shiyi saw the embarrassed faces of the Thai men, he quickly covered his mouth with a scented handkerchief.
I had kicked Niu Baoguo out of frustration. Using just a fraction of my strength, I sent him flying five meters, landing flat on his back.
Truly a case of showing off only to be humiliated!
Is the Killer King's sect so short of people that they send an old man to make a fool of himself?
"Uncle, go rest." The Thai men, frowning, helped the cursing Niu Baoguo up.
"Young man, you are disrespectful and lack virtue. You sneak-attacked an old man. What move did you use?"
Niu Baoguo rubbed his sore back, scolding me.
I slightly bent my knees, grounded myself, and extended my palms forward, then slowly lowered them, exhaling calmly. "Chinese kung fu!"
"Pah, it's probably some crooked technique…"
"Boom"
Before he could finish, he was interrupted by the sound of a human sandbag.
"!!!"
Everyone present was stunned.
