She slowly flew to the ground and freed the woman chained to the wall before healing her.
"Thank you so much." the woman fell to her knees before the two.
"N-"
Ellia Stopped speaking as Lyra stared at him clearly mad about something, after he stopped Lyra smiled and replied to the woman.
"No need for thanks, we've already got the reward waiting for us at the guild."
The woman bid them goodbye before leaving the courtyard.
"I can't believe you actually let him cut me." Lyra looked away from Ellia as she pouted.
Ellia removed his helmet and armour to reveal a man who was around 6 '2 with straight brown hair wearing purple cultivator robes which matched with Lyra.
He tried to talk to her in a pleading tone, while slowly stroking her platinum blond hair.
"My princess, I was a little busy fighting him at that moment."
"Hmph!"
Lyra continued to look away as she took flight, Ellia followed closely behind.
"I don't care, those disgusting writhing tentacles actually touched me, how are you gonna compensate me."
"A kiss." Ellia said as he flew closer reaching out towards her.
She pushed him back without even touching him.
"Who wants your kiss, you reek of blood."
Ellia forced his way through the pushing force and hugged her from behind, her expression changed, the previous pout vanishing and being replaced by a slight smile and a touch of pink on her cheeks.
"When we go fight that creature next you better not let a drop of blood fall on me." she said as she escaped from his grasp.
Ellia bowed to her deeply.
"As the lady demands."

Feng Zhiming quietly looked at the notification in his head while walking through Wildland City,
"Someone actually died to the locals, how pathetic." he thought to himself while sipping some juice he had bought off a vendor, it carried a distinct mango taste which he loved.
If Li Fan heard that he might have died twice.
"What are our plans now?" Anissa asked as they aimlessly walked through the streets.
Feng Zhiming began to survey the streets as he walked through them.
In comparison to the Zhuge Clan's masterpiece this city looked like a rundown town, cultivators hiding themselves under the shroud of robes, clearly unmaintained and dirty streets filled with beggars that had a murderous look in their eyes.
"The Forgotten One has instructed me to slay the creature of the Wildlands and stake the victory in his name."
Feng Zhiming replied to her with a mental transmission.
"Now we need i-"
"Information, we need information." Anissa finished his thought for him.
Feng Zhiming smiled, it seemed that the flower raised in a greenhouse was slowly becoming accustomed to life outside.
"Dear customers, I can see you are new in town. Can I interest you in some new robes, clearly you wouldn't want to walk around sweating like dogs."
A merchant with a strange amount of fabric covering him spoke up.
Feng Zhiming looked down at his sleeves and noticed they were drenched with sweat.
Not to mention that despite it being ten in the morning the sun was beating down on the city as if it was trying to fry them, although it wasn't just the city he had heard that the entirety of the Wildlands were unusually hot.
"If you explain why we are actually able to sweat here, I'll consider it." Feng Zhiming was curious, normally powerful cultivators were immune to temperatures unless they were very extreme, so seeing himself sweat had triggered his inquisitive nature.
The merchant rubbed his hands together.
"Of course of course, from my understanding the Wildlands have a very special history. Long ago they say immortals battled in the sky far beyond our view."
Feng Zhiming smirked while Anissa seemed genuinely interested.
"One of the immortals slashed down on the Etheria continent, the slash didn't do any actual damage but somehow messed up the Qi within the wildlands."
"Messed up the Qi?" Feng Zhiming was smart but not omniscient, even he couldn't figure out what that meant.
"They say that the Qi became extremely susceptible to Yang energy meaning it would overflow with it instead of regulating it as usual. Now since cultivators constantly absorb that messed up Qi that overflows with Yang energy the heat affects them greatly, while mortals and inanimate objects have no problem here."
Feng Zhiming looked him in his eyes while a reddish black aura permeated from him ever so slightly.
"You speak the truth?"
The merchant nodded his head excessively.
"Tell me about the robes?" Anissa said as she inspected the desert colored robes, it was clear that they had some sort of special property.
The merchant's eyes lit up, he knew it was always easier to sell clothes to women this was a universal fact.
"These robes have been specially made by expert spiritual imprinters, they've refined the robes to filter out the excess Yang energy from Qi as cultivators absorb it, in addition they are also super light while offering many more features such as a great camouflage, the material is actually a derivative of a great old beast from the northern part of desert. They say it took sev-"
BANG!
Anissa slammed her fist down on the cart making sure to not use too much strength and shatter it.
"I didn't ask for a world history on the robes talkative merchant, take these spirit stones and go eat away at someone else's head."
"Certainly." the merchant smiled widely and quickly dragged his cart away disappearing from sight.
"Well done, I hate people who talk too much." Feng Zhiming said as he donned his new robes.
He was aware that spiritual imprinters were valuable even, usually a spiritual inscriber would be valued one major realm above his cultivation, this meant that Heavenly Eye inscribers were actually on par with Dao Lords in terms of status.
Anissa looked at him with a side eye. "Isn't this a ghoul calling a ghost scary?" she thought to herself.
