Giovanni traipsed through the tangled undergrowth, staring at the sun filtering through the verdant canopy above them. The lush foliage and twisted branches cast dappled shadows across their path. When they approached the old wooden bridge that the pixie spoke about when giving them directions to the… glade, spanning the turbulent stream below, Luciano evidently paused and eyed it warily. He watched him as he stepped onto the bridge tentatively, testing the plank with a delicate touch. The structure creaked and groaned under his weight, letting out a weary sigh.
