Hearing Varun's last question, Sanjeev's face turned black.
As soon as Varun asked his final question, Sanjeev's face turned pale. Varun's last question hit Sanjeev's mind like a nuclear bomb.
Trembling, Sanjeev took a step back and said in a shaky voice, "Varun sir! Do you want to get me killed? That little boss is the son of the boss. How can you even associate his name with mine? Has someone given you a contract to kill me?"
Hearing Sanjeev's words, Varun's handsome face filled with shock and disbelief.
In the whole world, only Vidyut was the one person Sanjeev called 'boss.' If Sanjeev was calling that beautiful child the boss's son, it clearly meant that the child standing in front of him was his elder brother Vidyut's son. But how was that possible?
Vidyut came out of his shock when Ayansh shook off his hand and said in a cold, soft voice, "Don't dare to touch me! I don't like anyone else's touch except my daddy and mummy. So, stay away from me."
Hearing Ayansh, Varun looked at him closely with a numb expression.
Ayansh's attractive and sharp facial features, especially his deep blue eyes, were a xerox copy of Vidyut's.
Now that Varun was observing Ayansh with a focused mindset, he realized that the beautiful, arrogant child in front of him indeed possessed many of his elder brother's qualities, especially the coldness and dominance in his voice, just like his monopolist devil brother.
After closely observing Ayansh, Varun's mind was flooded with questions and confusion, filling his heart with mixed feelings.
Putting aside the turmoil in his mind, Varun gently asked Ayansh, "Who is your mummy? Is she here with you?"
Upon being asked, Ayansh's mind returned to his most important mission.
Ayansh had woken up an hour ago and had been searching for Maya and Vidyut since then. But he hadn't found them yet. The servants were also not giving him clear answers about Maya and Vidyut, which made Ayansh internally furious. Finding Maya and Vidyut had now become his most crucial mission and challenge.
Pursing his small red lips, Ayansh innocently said, "My mummy! My mummy! My mummy is missing. I have been looking for her for the past hour, but I can't find her anywhere. What should I do now? Where should I search for her? I'm getting angry now."
Ayansh's innocent voice was always soft and cold, but while mentioning Maya, his cold eyes were filled with love and tenderness.
Hearing Ayansh's last words, Varun couldn't help but laugh. Ayansh had said "I'm getting angry now" so cutely. On top of that, Ayansh looked cute and funny in his anger, which made Varun unable to control his laughter.
Hearing Varun's suppressed laughter, Ayansh's soft blue eyes turned sharp and cold.
Glaring coldly at Sanjeev, Ayansh warned in a cold tone, "Mr. Sanjeev! I'm giving you the last warning. If you don't tell me about my mummy and daddy, I'll serve you to my pet Shadow for lunch. Fresh human flesh is something Shadow likes a lot."
Hearing Ayansh's bone-chilling warning, Sanjeev's body stiffened with fear. Sanjeev knew that the pet Shadow Ayansh was talking about was actually a wild and ferocious black panther.
Sanjeev had heard from Rocky that once, on Ayansh's command, Shadow had bitten off a servant's hand. So, Sanjeev didn't dare to take Ayansh's warning lightly. But Sanjeev also couldn't disobey Vidyut's orders by telling Ayansh anything. So, Sanjeev's mind started racing to come up with an excuse.
Seeing Sanjeev's silence, Ayansh's eyes narrowed in anger. His daddy's subordinates didn't have even a bit of fear of him. He needed to take a strong step to instill his fear in them.
After listening to the conversation between Ayansh and Sanjeev, Varun looked around the living room with sharp and curious eyes. That's when he noticed Vidyut.
Vidyut was coming towards the living area from the indoor swimming pool area, using his phone.
Vidyut had only wrapped a white towel around his waist. His upper body was undressed, and his hair was wet, as if he had just taken a shower.
As soon as Varun saw Vidyut, he said to him, "Big brother! I called you so many times. Why didn't you receive my call?"
Without looking at him, Vidyut replied coldly, "I was busy at that time."
Hearing Vidyut's voice, Sanjeev breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, the bigger devil had come to save him from the smaller devil's wrath.
As soon as Ayansh heard Vidyut's voice, he turned towards him but didn't go to him. He just stared coldly at Vidyut from a distance.
Amid everyone's gaze, Vidyut came to the center of the living area.
Varun's hesitant gaze remained fixed on Vidyut. His eyes were full of questions, but he didn't dare to ask Vidyut any.
Varun was only a year younger than Vidyut. They both grew up together in the same house and were cousins. Yet, Varun had always felt a bit of hesitation when talking to Vidyut.
Talking to Vidyut and asking him questions was still a bit difficult for Varun.
It wasn't that there was any conflict between Varun and Vidyut. It was just that Vidyut's cold and antisocial nature made it difficult for almost everyone in the Singhania family to talk to him. After a while, everyone in the family started to fear talking to Vidyut and kept a certain distance from him.
After giving Varun a glance, Vidyut signaled Ayansh with a cold gesture, "Come here."
Although Ayansh didn't want to go to Vidyut, he quietly walked over to him because of the people present there.
Bending down, Vidyut asked Ayansh, "When did you wake up?"
After hearing Ayansh's response, Vidyut didn't ask him any more questions. He quietly bent down, picked Ayansh up by his collar, and lifted him onto his lap.
Resting his small head on Vidyut's shoulder, Ayansh said in a soft, cold voice, "Daddy! I'm angry. I'm very angry."
Hearing Ayansh, Vidyut's eyebrows furrowed. He asked Ayansh in a cold tone, "Can I know the reason for your anger?"
Upon hearing Vidyut's question, Ayansh sharply glared at Sanjeev and then pointed his small finger at him, saying in a cold voice, "Your subordinate! I don't like him at all. He's not afraid of me. He doesn't respect me or greet me."
Hearing Ayansh's complaint, Sanjeev's eyes narrowed. Although the child was his devil boss's son, why should he fear him? After all, he was just a two-and-a-half-year-old child. Wasn't it a bit much to fear him?
After listening to Ayansh's entire complaint, Vidyut remained silent for a moment before saying to Sanjeev, "From now on, you have to fear my son. Respect him and greet him."
"Okay, boss!"
After hearing Sanjeev's response, Vidyut asked Ayansh, "Is your anger less now?"
Hearing Vidyut's question, Ayansh's small chest swelled with satisfaction. He liked that Vidyut was paying attention to his anger.
In a cold voice, Ayansh said to Vidyut, "A little bit. But not completely. I'm still angry at you. Where have you kept my mummy? I want to meet her."
Vidyut listened to Ayansh but didn't reply this time.
Patting Ayansh's back gently, Vidyut turned his attention to Varun.
Varun, with a shocked expression, was looking at Vidyut and Ayansh. Although Vidyut's behavior towards Ayansh was also cold, there was a warmth and softness in that coldness.
For the first time in his life, Varun saw his elder brother treating someone well and talking for so long.
Usually, Vidyut barely spoke to anyone. He sometimes went days without saying a word at home. Vidyut was a unique person, almost alien-like. He lived in his own world. There was no one like Vidyut in the Singhania family. Even Vidyut's dad wasn't like him.
No one in the Singhania family understood why Vidyut was so different. But because of his uniqueness, everyone feared him.
Vidyut said to Varun in a cold tone, "Go and wait for me in the study room. I'll be there in a while."
"Yes, big brother!"
Following Vidyut's instructions, Varun went straight to the study room.
Vidyut, carrying Ayansh, went to his bedroom. He went to his luxurious closet room and took out clothes for himself and Maya. Then, with Ayansh, he returned to the glass room.
