Just as the system said cricket is now world famous…..
Every country in the world plays cricket and competes in world stage. Russia is not a bad team but it's also not a team that wins tournaments.
Although it does always qualify for World Cup it never win and only qualified twice to the quarter finals …..
And the domestic leagues in Russia are also not bad but not comparable to the likes of India, Australia,Pakistan , and the W.Indies….
And there is a champions trophy for franchisie cricket as well where all the top teams from various country plays….
This feels like a world I actually belong…
But it is all for naught if I can't become a professional cricket player…
And now I am in India for vacation…
There are still many players I know…
It is the year 2006.. The technology , culture, geography are the same as the previous world
And this is the year of T20 World Cup in this world…
In this world the t20s started in the 1990's and the first t20 WC was in 1998…
So this is the 6th T20 WC here.
As you know the cricket is famous in India and this is the world where cricket is the most famous sport so of course my family too is watching cricket.
And I am sitting in a comfortable sofa with my family watching the legends IndiaPak clash in the tournament's final…and it is an intense match with India chasing the target of 185
