Inside the condominium building where Antonio is staying, in one of the units located on the tenth floor, Fuji turned on the big television screen in the living room and sat on a couch.
He is wearing a bathrobe and his hair is still slightly wet as he just finished his shower.
As he watched the TV screen, his eyes were staring at it but his focus is on somewhere else.
'Antonio Christian Legaspi.'
He can't help but think about the person he just encountered at the academy a few hours ago.
Although he knew beforehand that Antonio possesses a rare kind of beauty, he never expected it to be at this kind of level.
Earlier this morning, when the orientation hadn't begun yet, he thought that he would have difficulty finding Antonio because of how crowded the colosseum was.
But just like what he has been told in the information given to him, Antonio is a person that stands out in a multitude of people even if he just stays still.
When he saw Antonio sitting in the very back row of the students from afar, he already acknowledged the young man's face card.
Since even from afar, Antonio's good looking face is very attractive to him.
As he went and sat beside Antonio, he first scanned the whole area of the colosseum and grumbled at the thousands of people gathered just to see the newly enrolled students of the academy.
Antonio must have heard his grumbling as he felt him staring at him.
Fuji remained still at his seat, afraid that if he moved for a second, Antonio would be scared and wary of him.
If that happens, he is sure that his mission will surely fail before he could even begin to do it.
But even as several seconds passed by, he could still feel Antonio staring at him—and quite intensely too.
He felt like Antonio is looking at him as if he's an interesting experimental specimen and not a fellow human being.
Because of that, he couldn't help it anymore and turned to look at Antonio.
He was planning to greet the other and form a friendship with him but, as soon as his eyes landed on Antonio's face and made eye contact with him …
He felt his mind going blank all of a sudden.
The words that he was planning to say to become friends with Antonio didn't come out of his mouth.
He just stared at Antonio's brown eyes that somehow turned into orange after a ray of sunlight illuminated his face.
That scene made him speechless and just gaze at Antonio as if the latter is an angel.
Then, after several seconds of staring, he realized that he was staring too much, hence, he flicked his head away so that Antonio wouldn't be offended by him.
The thought that Antonio was the one who was staring at him too much didn't even come to him.
He then recalled that he hadn't yet greeted the other, so he was about to talk to the other, but then the orientation suddenly started.
Therefore, he concluded that he would just talk to Antonio once the event ended.
But when the orientation ended, Antonio quickly stood up and walked toward the exit in a rush state.
He then saw people from different entertainment agencies calling out to Antonio, but the latter just continued walking as if he didn't hear them.
With that, Fuji also stood up from his seat and began following Antonio.
Antonio was about to reach the exit but a man blocked.
Fuji looked at the man, who looked so happy, and towards Antonio, who seemed to be uncomfortable.
That situation feels like an opportunity for him to become close with Antonio, so he stepped in.
Because of that, he became acquainted with Antonio.
"Huuuu."
Fuji sighed as he remembered his conversation with Antonio at the academy.
"He didn't lie … but he didn't also answer my question clearly."
Fuji muttered as he remembered Antonio's response to his question earlier.
He asked if Antonio is one of the sons of Christopher Legaspi, but Antonio responded in a roundabout way.
'Does he not want people to know his background?'
Fuji pondered and nodded his head as he understood how Antonio felt.
"He must want to avoid people who might mooch him off if they found out his wealth or maybe … he wants to prove his skills to everyone?"
Fuji began to think of Antonio's reason but he stopped.
"Argh! Why am I becoming nosy about other people's business?"
He grumbled and started focusing on the TV screen.
He was about to grab the remote and change the channel because of how boring the show was, when suddenly his phone made a sound.
Ding.
Instead of grabbing the remote on the table, he grabbed his phone that was next to it.
He then read the message he just received.
- Hey dear bro, I just wanna ask! Did you meet Yoyo today?
He raised one eyebrow when he saw that it was from his older brother.
He was planning to just ignore and placed his phone back on the desk when it suddenly rang.
His brother called him.
He sighed but still pressed the answer button.
"Yeah, I met him."
He said succinctly the moment that he put his phone on his ear and was about to press the end button.
But before he could do that, his brother spoke on the other line.
"Did you make friends with him?"
He furrowed his brows and replied.
"Yeah, we became acquainted … is that all you wanna ask?
"Well … continue to stick with him and protect him at all times if possible."
He heard his brother saying, making him raise his eyebrows.
Last night, his brother called him just in time when he arrived at the city.
It was to ask him to protect Antonio, who will become his schoolmate in the academy.
No, his brother clearly told him that it's a mission.
But his brother didn't tell him the reason why and left him wondering about a lot of things alone.
In order to accomplish his mission, he needs to know a brief but clear detail about it.
He clicked his tongue and asked.
"Why? Aren't they rich enough to hire some bodyguards?"
"Well, I don't know the reason as well—Alden just asked me and told me to ask you for a favor upon finding out your real identity ... he's even willing to pay you a large sum of money."
Fuji flinched when he heard that Alden found out his identity.
He knows that his older brother wouldn't tell anyone, even his best friend about his secret.
He can't help but ponder on how powerful the Legaspi family really is.
"Tell him he doesn't need to pay and don't call me frequently—I'm busy."
With that, he ended the call and got up from his seat to turn off the TV.
He needs to make sure that Alden's request will be done successfully.
Just from the conversation with his brother alone, he already guessed why the Legaspi family won't hire bodyguards for Antonio.
'It must be Antonio's request so that he won't stand out.'
He thought and then entered his room.

After Antonio left the academy, he went back to his condo to take a rest.
As he was browsing on his tablet searching for a good movie to watch, he felt his phone vibrating from his pocket.
He thought it was a message from his father or brother, so he immediately checked it.
But to his surprise, it was a text from his singer aunt, Brigitte.
- How are you, Yoyo? Please don't be surprised if you received an email that contains a script later on, my actor friend said to me that they can't go on with their filming because the director can't find a person who can really fit the role of one of the important characters in the show.
- So, I recommended you after hearing the character details, though it depends on you if you'll try auditioning for the character or not.
Antonio read his aunt's message then replied with a small smile on his face.
- Thanks Aunt, I'll update you if they send me a script later.
Right after he finished sending his response to his aunt, his phone notified that he had received an email.
It was an email from a famous scriptwriter.
He checked the email and it contained a file for a drama script.
Along with the file, the email contained a message about inviting him to audition for a certain minor yet very important character.
The sender of the email asked him if he has free time tomorrow to audition a small part of the character's scene and requested for him to reply as soon as possible.
Antonio nodded his head and clicked the file.
He then started reading the overview of the story then proceeded to read the script for the character offered to him.
After he's done reading the script, his face turned very serious.
He doesn't know why but his nerves are wreaking havoc inside his body.
He read the script again with chaotic nerves and a while later, he typed his reply to the email.
After typing his reply, he texted his aunt and updated her about his response to the email he received.
Then, he stood and went to the balcony to calm his nerves.
When he finally calmed down, he stared seriously at his phone and read every word of the script sent to him once again.
