"In a year of 1996, children often play in the playground usually in a spring or fall season with their favourite childhood games such as "Rock, Paper, Scissors", "Hide and Seek", or any sort of those."
"Or either play on a swing, slide, seesaw, sand box, and/or more. But they also tend to roleplay as some fictional characters they could think of. It could be a hero, or a villain, it honestly depends on how they do it."
"There are honestly a lot of more, since most children do tend to be much playful and joyful. But there can also be some may be quiet and timid at such time, or cold and haughty."
"However, I'm not timid or cold, I just don't know on how to interact with other people."
".. Tsuki, why don't you try communicating with other kids out there? I'm sure you'll be able to have a lot of friends just now." *His mother said with a smile*
He then slowly looked at his mother with just an expressionless face before replying back to her.
".. I don't think I could do so, mother..." *He replied*
His mother then nodded as a sign of understanding after she heard his reply.
".. I understand. Please do take your time, dear." *She responded back in a calming tone*
After some time of just staring at those children playing on the playground, a girl then slowly then approached him on where he was, as if she needed something from him.
As she finally came closer to him, she then starts asking
"U-uhhmm.. H-hi.. M-my name's Sutafurawa.. D-do you perhaps want to be.. Friends?" *She asks softly*
His eyes then widened in shock mixed with a bit of excitement behind it
".. Me?" *He asked while he points himself if she's talking about him or not*
"Y-yes.." *She gently nods back in response, hoping that he'll accept her as his new friend*
"... I mean.. Sure, why not?" *He responded in a bit of nervousness, apparently wasn't really expecting for someone to be friends with him as he thought nobody would want to play with him.*
".. I didn't really expect that."
"I'm glad.." *She then smiles after hearing his response before asking him with another question* "M-may I also get to know your name, too? I wish to know you more.." *She replied in a soft and loving tone, still feeling a bit nervous but is no longer stuttering a lot.*
"Oh, right.. My name's Tsuki. It's really nice to meet you, Sutafurawa." *He then smiles back at her before gently grabs both of her hands to shake them as if he's congratulating her*
"It's also really nice to meet you, Tsuki." *She blushes a bit as she suddenly felt his hands holding into hers*
"... So .. What else do you want to play with?" *He asked in a excited tone mixed with another nervousness behind it*
"Well.." *She thinks deeply for a couple of seconds before finally responding back at him* "How about hide and seek?" *She asks with a mixed tone; excitement and nervousness*
*Tsuki then nodded back in a response before turning around once again to face his mother to ask for her permission* ".. Can I play with her, ma?"
*She nodded* "Of course, darling! No need to ask for my permission." *She replied with a loving smile*
"Thank you, Ma." *Tsuki then held her hand and started leading her to the slide, apparently too excited to play with someone else he just met* "Let's go there."
*Sutafurawa's eyes were widened in shock as he immediately held her hand but she doesn't hesitates to just go with him and to hold his hands back; is also excited to play with him* "Okay!"
Tsuki's father then noticed his son holding a girl's hand and immediately goes sat down onto the edge next to his wife with two of the ice creams he had brought from a ice cream van.
".. It looks like he had finally found a friend to play with him, huh?" *He said with a grin on his face*
*His wife giggled before responding back to him* "Indeed, and I'm glad he had slowly developed his communication with other kids out here."
Akio then stared at the ice creams that are on his hands hungrily, wondering if he should eat them or not.
".. I guess I'll have to just eat both of these then-"
Chieko then interrupted him with a sudden flaring glare.
*He then immediately noticed her expression and gave her one the ice cream he had brought right away, particularly pouting in response* "R-right, sorry.."
As the day went on, Tsuki and Sutafurawa was able to have fun together on the playground until the sunset. Even though they still wanted to continue on playing, Tsuki's parents and Sutafurawa's mother were being called to go home.
"O-oh.. I think I should be going now..." *She frowned sadly as she heard her mother calling for her, telling her that it's time for them to go home.*
"I see.. I guess it's time for a goodbye then." *He says with a warm smile before he gave her a big, soft hug as a sign of appreciation, causing her to stay still*
".. Y-yeah..." *She immediately returns back the favour before finally pulling away from him after a couple of minutes and returning back to her house with her mother, waving at him with a smile too as they slowly leave the playground*
Tsuki then waved back at her before now also returning to his house with his parents, apparently kind of sad to see her go but also happy at the same time after having such great time with her.
After some time of thinking about the memories that they've created before for some couple of minutes, it seems like it would never leave his mind anymore.
His mother suddenly noticed him smiling a bit in happiness as they walked together to home and started to wonder if Tsuki's thinking about his new friend.
".. Did you have fun with her?" *She asked in a gentle tone*
*Tsuki then nodded back in response* ".. Yeah, I did. Though, I'm a bit sad at the same time because I didn't get to spend more time with her."
*After hearing his response, she then smiled at him and gave him a soft pat on the back before replying back to him* ".. I'm glad to hear that. And don't worry about it, we'll go back tomorrow to the playground so you could play with her some more."
".. Thank you, ma..." *His expression lightened up even more after she replied back to him, couldn't wait to spend more time with his new friend*
Tsuki's Father then tried to break the cold air between his wife by making up another conversation
".. So.... What are we going to eat right no-"
"Shut up." *She interrupted him in an angry tone*
*Akio pouted before responding yet again* ".. But, I gave it to you now..."
"You still didn't thought about me before." *She replied angrily*
"But darling-"
"I'm still not going to forgive you, Akio." *She interrupted him once again before pouting angrily*
".. Another one hour for me to wait on when would they stop." *He said in his thoughts before sighing disappointedly*
His parents continuously argue at each other like children who kept on yelling out on who's better as they walked. On the other hand, Tsuki remained silent and watched his parents arguing together until they had finally reached to their house.
