Through the monitor, when Julian saw Olivia walk into his penthouse, he was shocked at first, then furious. His face darkened, and his fist tightened with knuckles turning white as he stared at the monitor and turned up the volume and heard Matthieu's voice "You knew each other."
"Yes, we are old friends," Olivia replied without shifting her gaze away from Emily. "Please give us a moment to catch up," she added. Matthieu nodded with a smile and left the living room.
Olivia walked closer to Emily. "Emily Johnson, didn't expect to see me here, did you?" Olivia asked with a smirk on her face. Emily remained still and calm. Before she could reply, Olivia walked up to her and grabbed her arm, but Emily quickly brushed off her hands.
"What do you want?" Emily asked coldly.
"Come on. Let's go talk." Olivia led the way to the terrace, opened the door, and waited for Emily to follow her outside.
