As they where thinking on how to solve the riddle Jax broke the silence. guys I think we have to go back to the domitory before any one noticed we are missing.
"What? Why?" Aria asked, surprised. "We just got our hands on the Book of Secrets and now you want to go back to the ball?"
Jax nodded. "Think about it. The riddle is talking about ancient ones sleeping and a hidden path. I think it's referring to the crypt beneath the library. And the symbol bright is probably the crest of the lumina family."
Lila's eyes widened. "A crypt beneath the library , how...is that possiblet"
That's not all and I think the endless night means the resting place of our ancestors
Aria's eyes narrowed as she gazed at Jax, her mind racing with suspicions. "Jax, how do you know all this?" she asked, her voice laced with skepticism. "It's like you're leading us on a wild goose chase, and I'm starting to wonder if you're using us for your own gain."
Jax's expression turned defensive, but Aria pressed on. "You're always one step ahead, revealing just enough to keep us curious. But what's your endgame, Jax? What do you want from us?"
The team's eyes darted between Aria and Jax, sensing the tension. Eryn spoke up, "Aria, what are you getting at? Jax is helping us uncover the secrets of the academy."
Aria's gaze didn't waver. "That's exactly what I'm worried about. What if Jax is using us to get to something he wants? Something that could put us all in danger?"
Jax's face darkened, and for a moment, Aria thought she saw a glimmer of something sinister in his eyes. But then, his expression softened, and he sighed. "Aria, I understand your concerns, but I assure you, my intentions are pure. I want to uncover the truth, just like you. Let's work together and find out what's going on"
Yes Jax that's it we are working together and I don't see how we can work together if you keep hiding things from us"Aria fired
"Can you please tell us how you knew all of this" Lila added
Jax hesitated, looking around the chamber nervously. "I... uh... I've been doing some research on the mansion's history," he said evasively.
Aria narrowed her eyes. "Research? That's not an answer, Jax. How did you know about this tunnel? And how did you know the book would be here?"
Jax sighed, looking guilty. "Okay, fine. I'll tell you. But you have to promise not to get mad."
The team exchanged skeptical glances. "We promise," Eryn said, her voice firm.
Jax took a deep breath. "I've been working with someone on the inside. A friend who's been feeding me information about the mansion and the book."
Lila's eyes widened. "Who is it?"
Jax hesitated again. "I can't reveal that. But trust me, they're reliable. And they've been helping me uncover the secrets of the mansion."
The team looked at each other, unsure what to make of Jax's revelation. They had always thought they were a team, but now it seemed like Jax had been keeping secrets from them.
"Jax, why didn't you tell us?" Aria asked, her voice hurt.
Jax looked at her, his eyes apologetic. "I was trying to protect you. I didn't want to put you in danger. But I realize now that was a mistake. We're in this together, and we need to trust each other."
The team nodded, still processing the information. They knew they had to move forward, but they also knew that trust had to be earned. And Jax had alot of work to do earn back the trust
"Ah, right! We don't want to risk getting caught. Let's head back to our rooms and regroup tomorrow when we have more time to plan," Eyrn said trying to ease the tension among them .
Jax agreed, his eyes scanning the area to ensure they weren't being watched.
The team quickly gathered their things and made their way back to their dormitory, their minds buzzing with excitement and anticipation. As they parted ways at the entrance, Aria turned to the group and whispered, "Meet back here tomorrow, same time.
As the others departed Aria still can't shake off the feeling that Jax is hiding something with that she decide to keep an eye on him.
.. ....
After the group departed Jax instead of going to the domitory Jax was heading to the other direction he met a hooded figure in the shadow
How is the mission going the figure asked
"The mission is progressing well," Jax replied, his voice low and cautious. "We've found the book of secret and are deciphering its riddle But I sense that there's more to this than we initially thought."
Yes Jax that's why you have to stick to the mission and don't deviate from it .
But my friends are getting suspicious of me mostly Aria "She suspects me the most," he said, his voice low and urgent. "Aria thinks I'm using them for my own gain. I can't believe it."
The figure's gaze was piercing, even in the shadows. "What did you expect, Jax? You're playing a dangerous game. Loyalties will be tested."
Jax's frustration boiled over. "But I'm doing this for the greater good! They don't understand the stakes. And now Aria's doubts could jeopardize everything."
The figure's voice was calm, yet firm. "You must convince her otherwise, Jax. Or remove her from the equation. The mission cannot be compromised."
Jax's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with options. He knew the figure was right, but he wasn't ready to give up on Aria just yet. "I'll handle it," he said, his voice cold and determined.
The figure stepped closer, its voice taking on a more urgent tone. "The academy is hiding a dark secret, Jax. A secret that could put your lives in danger. You must be careful and trust no one.
Jax approached the hooded figure, his expression troubled. "She suspects me," he said, his voice low and urgent. "Aria thinks I'm using them for my own gain. I can't believe it."

Jax's eyes narrowed. "What do you mean? What secret could be so dangerous?"
The figure's voice was grave. "I can't reveal too much here. But know this: the academy's founders found some thing very interesting that only the chosen one can control it but if found by another one the person will be the most powerful in Aethoria.si you see the reason while your mission is important so don't deviate find the forbidden loom.
Jax's mind raced with questions, but before he could ask, the figure vanished into the darkness, leaving him with more questions than answers.
He stood there, frozen, as the weight of the figure's words sank in. Aria's suspicions, the mysterious symbol, the hidden crypt – it all seemed to be connected to this dark secret. And he was caught in the middle, torn between his loyalty to the mission and his growing feelings for Aria.
With a heavy heart, Jax made his way back to his dormitory, his mind racing with possibilities. He knew he had to convince Aria of his sincerity, but he also knew that the road ahead would be treacherous. One misstep could mean disaster, not just for him, but for the entire team.
As he lay in bed, his thoughts swirled with the figure's words, he knew that he had to be careful. Trust no one, the figure had said. But how could he do that when his heart was telling him to trust Aria? The mission was getting complicated, and Jax was caught in the crossfire.
Finally, after what seemed like hours, Jax drifted off to sleep, his mind still racing with questions. But one thing was certain – he would have to navigate this treacherous path carefully, or risk losing everything he holds dear.
