**A Moment Ago...**
From the Perspective of the Scorpion Monster....
"HUNGRY... MUST EAT... PREY..."
The scorpion trudged through the forest with difficulty, as if it were in a deep abyss, but in reality, the story was entirely different..
The scorpion lacked the senses of smell and sight, which made survival challenging. However, to compensate for this lack of certain senses, other senses, such as its hearing, were significantly enhanced.
The scorpion emitted vibrations from its body as it moved, resembling sonar, allowing it to perceive everything around it—starting from the rustling of leaves, to the movement of small insects, and other strange, eerie things. It could almost know everything around it, but there was a problem.
Its strength relied on these vibrations and oscillations to hunt its prey. However, it couldn't perceive everything around it with complete accuracy; it was akin to viewing a sonar screen from a third-person perspective. Understanding everything around it was extremely difficult unless it moved quickly.
As the scorpion roamed the forest searching for food, it sensed the vibrations of many living creatures moving in a particular direction.
*SO Much... Food Moving... I... Will Be Full...*
The scorpion moved directly toward the source and saw many small creatures moving.
When it got close enough, it leaped and pounced on them with its claw, resembling a scoop.
It caught some of those small creatures in its claw and devoured them.
"DEVOUR... HUNT... KILL..."
After eating those small creatures, it still felt unsatisfied; the hunger still dominated it.
"NOT Enough... MUST BE FULL... MUST...FOOD?"
Suddenly, it felt familiar vibrations and oscillations for the first time... It saw two medium-sized creatures.
"Big Food... Food... To Satisfy!"
The scorpion couldn't restrain itself and roared, charging towards the two creatures.
One of them was standing with an incomprehensible expression that the scorpion did not understand, but for some reason when he felt the vibrations of his heart, he felt something was going to happen, but he was immediately and quickly pulled by another creature and avoided his attack and the two creatures started to run away
THE PREY IS RUNNING AWAY.... THEY....MUST BE HUNTED....I AM A...PREDATOR!!!!!!
The scorpion ran and chased the two creatures and tried to hunt them and saw that they were moving away from him and jumped towards them and they both rolled and ran away quickly. The scorpion tried to catch up with them but to no avail. They were running away skillfully and the scorpion started to feel tired
"THE PREY.... FAST.... I AM..... SLOW.... WHY DON'T YOU STAND STILL!"
The scorpion monster was getting tired even if he didn't show it and became angry and he crushed the strange things that came his way while chasing them and smashed some things and threw them at them
but somehow they avoided all the rocks that came towards them and one of the creatures protected his head while they were running away from him, he was talking and he heard their words in an incomprehensible language and it was
"THE PREY IS COMFORTABLE... IT Should BE PREYED UPON IN ITS WEAKNESS"
The scorpion didn't wait and seized the opportunity and rushed towards them
At the same time in the normal POV...
"Do you understand the plan?" Emma asked Smiley while explaining the plan
"Sure!" Smiley replied
"Are you sure you can do this? This is considered..., kinda of"
"Crazy?sounds good to me, I'm ready to start your plan"
"....."
"Well, first we have____"
"Grrrrrr!" The scorpion let out a loud scream, interrupting Emma's voice and pounced towards her playfully with his large claw, he was two meters away from Emma and Smiley
"Oh CRAP!" Emma screamed while jumping and rolling to avoid the attack
Smiley was near Emma and his body lowered gracefully and followed Emma in the direction she rolled,
"So we do the plan now?"...Smiley asked innocently"
"Yes, let's do it this crazy plan," Emma replied, holding the gun.
Smiley and Emma both turned and headed towards the scorpion monster, they were going in different directions in a circle. The monster's hair was confused about what just happened, and Smiley had rushed towards it, holding a knife and waving it at him.
The monster swung its bulldozer-like claw at Smiley but Smiley nimbly dodged it and climbed onto its claw and quickly climbed up his body.

"Sorry, buddy, but it will hurt a little, or maybe a LOOoot!"Smiley replied with a sadistic smile.

"Graaaaaaahhhhhhhhh"
The pain the scorpion was in was intense and he attacked Smiley with great aggression, waving his other claw and trying to kick him with his big feet, but Smiley moved away and escaped from him gracefully.
"Come on, dude, don't cry like a baby it makes me wanna hurt you more!"Smiley replied with his usual smile while heading towards it.
Smiley was executing a hit-and-run strategy. He would hit the scorpion in the openings of its scales when it swung its claws at Smiley before dodging them. When it attacked with its tail, it would move away from it.
"Garrrrh!"The monster screamed as he attacked Smiley.
Emma saw the battle between Smiley and the scorpion monster. She was shocked by Smiley's reactions as he attacked the scorpion, Smiley was playing with the monster,He was revealing himself before he provocatively dodged her and made it attack him more.
"Wow, Smiley, is he playing with his life like this!? I know he's weird and crazy, but how could he not be afraid?"Emma asked in astonishment and shock
"This is not the time, Emma... Focus! Remember the plan... I might go to case B, if he can handle it easily."Emma thought positively.
GRRRRRsssakkakaskakskskaaaa!
"What the hell?! Is this sound!?"Emma asked in horror
The scorpion made a new threatening sound and lunged at Smiley.
"Wow! Are we in the second stage?.... I didn't know you were the middle boss."Smiley asked while rolling and avoiding the angry monster's rush.
Smiley lunged at him and when the monster clearly attacked him, Smiley easily avoided it and stabbed it hard.
"If you are a middle boss, at least know how to change your attack pattern It's..obvious??"Smiley replied while trying to pull the knife out of his body and it didn't work
The scorpion monster had clenched his arm muscles and made them stuck between his scales. When Smiley tried to let go of his knife, it was too late. He struck the scorpion's claw hard and flew towards the tree. The tree was completely destroyed.
"Smiley!" Emma screamed in horror when she saw what had happened.
The scorpion was slowly walking towards Smiley and opening its mouth wide.
"Ughhhhh....hahahaha....I see... you're final boss"Smiley replied with difficulty.
While the scorpion was about to finish him he heard a sound
Bang! bang!
When Emma fired the two bullets into the scorpion's back, they penetrated its scales but did not reach its flesh. However, the scorpion was greeted with a feeling of threat it had never felt before. When it turned and stared at who had done this, it screamed and lunged at her.

He shouted as he rushed towards Emma in anger
When he ran towards her, she panicked to find Emma calm and ran and threw some pebbles on the ground at him
Although it was a useless method, it made the monster angry and rushed towards her
"Yes! That's right, come on you stupid monster!" Emma shouted at him as he chased after her
The scorpion was rushing differently and was jumping high. Unlike Smiley, Emma could barely avoid its attack without rolling and covering her body with dirt and leaves

"Damn what am I even doing!?..... Emma thought angrily
"I should have run away... I should have left him and run, I knew I couldn't do anything but... why??" Emma screamed internally
When Emma saw the monster about to kill Smiley, she remembered that fateful day, a flash appeared where there was a gun in front of her and she was about to grab it and when the flashback disappeared, she saw the state of Smiley involuntarily shot him
"I don't want to live a life full of regrets, I at least won't.... make the same mistake again" Emma thought as she ran away from that monster

In the monster's perspective
Took revenge.....triggered.....preyed!!!!
The scorpion monster was furious as he looked at the creature that fell on the tree
This prey...resisted...tried to hunt me...I am.....the predator!
"Despicable prey...must be killed...killed.....killed!
As he was about to kill Smiley he heard
"Uu ... The scorpion rushed and tried to hunt her but she dodged but she had some rocks on her
"Impulsive prey... You dare to stop me from taking..... What's mine... You must be eaten... Kill!"

The scorpion tried to push his body to crush her but she dodged all of this
"Annoying prey!..... Hold on and be... My food!!"
As he was chasing his prey he felt her movement slow down and he started moving faster
In Emma's perspective...
"Huh... Huh... I can't keep doing this anymore!" Emma spoke tiredly
"There is... one... way... I have one bullet if I fail" Emma thought with a frown
Suddenly Emma remembered her father's words when he forced her to join the shooting club for the first time
She didn't know why she wanted to remember her father now in particular at all times
"Why now?... What did he say at that time?"
She was practicing shooting until her father came and told her something shocking

Suddenly the scorpion's tail hit her involuntarily on her stomach and she flew more than ten meters. The attack did not break any bones or ribs but caused severe pain to the point that she held on but from the severity of the pain

Suddenly, without either of them knowing, Smiley appeared out of nowhere and stabbed his knife straight into the monster's neck
"Surprise!" Smiley shouted and there was some blood on his body

"The clown always has two tricks up his sleeve!" Smiley replied with a smile
Before the monster could finish his sentence, Smiley slit her throat completely and a large amount of black blood came out
Grr ... The monster screamed and went crazy, Smiley dropped his knife, he learned his lesson and charged straight at the scorpion
"Man! All my knives are gone now!" Smiley spoke while staring at the scorpion
"Hmm? (Staring at Emma) Oh Emma! Are you okay?"
"I'm fine... How did you survive?"
"Seriously, do you really think that a simple bite would be enough to kill me!? I'm more stubborn than that!" Smiley replied with a big smile
"And if it wasn't for you, I probably would have died! I was crazy, girl!" Smiley spoke and his face was close to Emma's collapsing face
"Yeah... So what do you think of our first adventure?" Emma asked tiredly
"Hmm... It was... More than perfect! Fighting an armored monster like that was without a doubt the most exciting and crazy adventure I've ever done in my life! Now I'm going to sit next to you for a bit..." Smiley answered happily and leaned his body close to Emma
"Yes it was crazy..." Emma answered as she sat in the same position as Smiley and close to him, both of them staring at the sky
It was Emma's first night looking at the sky with a friend. It was an eventful day
