The next day, Di Tian opened his eyes.
He did not sleep throughout the night as he was busy...well, reading and cultivating at the same time. Surprisingly, when he tried visualizing the notebook as a spear, he was finally able to open it.
But the pages of the notebook had a very strong Spear Intent lingering on them. Di Tian had to spend a lot of time using his own Spear Intent to neutralize it before he could read the pages, and for now he was stuck on the first couple of pages which were mostly incomprehensible scribblings and diagrams.
If anything, it was the uniqueness of the notebook that caught Di Tian's interest more, having unintentionally discovered that maintaining a state of 'One with Notebook as Spear" actually helped him cultivate his own Spear Intent. Di Tian could feel a qualitative improvement after just one night; his spear intent was now a bit smoother to use and felt more....solid.
