The reason Chen Qingke and Shen Li did not mention this plan to Elder Yi was because it was a bit dangerous.
Passing through the inferior Space Breaking Array could take anything from three seconds to seven seconds, with it collapsing at the eight second. To be safe, Chen Qingke and Shen Li's plan was to enter at the sixth second.
