When Di Tian eventually left Su Mei's virtual space, it was a couple of hours later.
As he opened his eyes and glanced around, he realized that the cafe that was previously full in was almost empty. The auntie in charge of the place was wiping a seat next to his booth and spoke when she saw that his eyes were open.
"Anything wrong, young man?" She eyed him. "I didn't want to wake you, but you've been asleep for up to an hour. It's way past rush hour now, don't you have any appointment today?"
Di Tian stole a quick glance at a clock next to the television and wondered if the lady was actually asking because she cared or because it was bad for her business for two customers to remain in her cafe all day for no reason.
