Himora sat in silence with a face of shock as she continued to listen to Horo.
He continued to speak " That same relic which is now my "Tree of Tragedy" as I know it, is the reason I'm special, special beyond understanding. It's the reason I have this body, and this body is the reason mother died. It is also the reason my other mother from my original world died, and also the reason why any mother that I will ever have will die."
Horo nearly shed tears as he shared this information, although silence had made him forget emotions, his new family and the memories from his life as a cultivator brought them back. Himora could see his eyes watering, but he didn't let a tear drop.
Himora was confused but was quickly comprehending and making assumptions, but she chose to wait to ask any questions.
Horo change his mood completely and got back serious and went on "I digress, I am special and you as special because of me little sister. Even though it is this way I don't see myself anymore special then you are, but I would go far beyond you due to my circumstances, that is if I had let anyone else guide you from this point forward."
"Now with all of that being said, do you wish to continue to allow me to make you special? Do you wish to follow me with a path of your own and help me bring the Trueheart name to unimaginable heights?"
After contemplating and sorting everything she thought out, with a stern face "Brother I will follow you through hell and battle deities if I have to. Not long ago I thought I would have to be your protector but I'm glad that you're still going to be my mighty big brother you have been since we were able to train together. It's going to be even better now"
Horo smiled as his heart felt warm. He had never experienced family like now, he loved his entire family but his sister meant the world to him, after all they were twins and share a connection no one else could feel.
He spoke softly next " Okay Mora, I am going to impart something to you, this something is a part of me and will become a part of you and we will eternally be connected. It's hard to explain what it is but you will know everything once you receive it. It contains an inheritance perfectly suited for you and will be able to guide you to the peak. It will hurt your soul since your soul is naturally weak right now and it also comes with an oath so powerful if anyone tries to steal it from you it will damage their soul and yours, that should be impossible but there's no telling what methods exist in this world."
She only asked one question as she had complete trust in her brother and knew he would do nothing that will truly harm her "How long will the pain last?"
Horo responded after thinking for a while and chatting with Alma as she's the one who will do all the work "Honestly I don't know, it all depends on you and how well you take in the inheritance seed, are you sure you want to do it? "
"I'm ready big brother" she said with a straight face that masked slight worry.
Horo then heard Alma " The Seed is ready to father, all you have to do i.."
Before she could finish he lifted his finger and said "I know." then a strange looking golden light started glowing.
It had the shape of a seed but looking like golden flesh constantly wrapping around itself. What Himora saw was totally different, her special eyes only saw what looked like miniature runes that had to be in the billions connected by seals, and other things she had no clue about.
He proceeded to put the seed on her forehead with his finger, as he got closer and closer the seed got brighter and brighter until it hurt their eyes, and then it entered.
When it entered her forehead it's like she heard an explosion before she grabbed her head and screamed to the top of her lungs.
Luckily for her the pain didn't last long which surprised Alma and Horo.
Himora just fell back, her stainless aura keeping her from hitting the ground hard, actually she never even touched the ground this whole time, her stainless aura would naturally prevent her from being tainted the included contact with the ground. That is unless she actively chose to be "tainted".
Alma spoke "It must be because of her physique, that or the compatibility of her and the seed.
Horo nearly didn't even hear Alma as he was holding his chest.
It was like the pain he felt was worse than hers. He didn't know what he was feeling but seeing the look on his sister face almost made him want to hurt himself for putting her through this ordeal, but he knew it was all a necessity. She would be able to carried her own weight and even travel the stars with him , or whatever this reality had.
