Horo Tiānyǎn grew up just as any child would since he didn't have memories from his previous life but he was definitely more advanced and learned much faster due to the soul module that now had spirituality.

Due to the standing of his family in the Eternal Heaven realm, which was the highest realm in this reality where "Cultivators" of the immortal path existed, he had access to many ancient techniques, scriptures, treasures and more.
He'd come to be extremely knowledgeable about the power system of this world, and even began his own collection of lost, forbidden and supreme techniques.
He was also deemed the most talented prodigy to ever exist in his lineage and was prioritized by his father. He had mastered All of the family techniques and even began to awaken his bloodline much sooner than anybody in their family history, at the age of nine.
The world his family resided was a highest grade world that was theirs and theirs only, called Endless Bright Star. Their family was called the Heaven Seer Clan and that name itself is the embodiment of their power, fame and position in the Eternal Heaven Realm.
Members of their lineage has served plenty of Eternal Heaven Emperors throughout history including the current Jade Emperor, his grandfather was the current prime minister, they was well recognized as they even saved the Eternal Heaven realm plenty of times with their Heaven seeing abilities.
At the Age of seventeen Horo Completely awakened his bloodline and that is when Horo truly became special.
Usually when a member of his lineage awakens their bloodline they go into a slumber for a two years in order for their third eye to manifest on their forehead. Their bloodline is so powerful no matter who they mated with their bloodline would practically suppress the other bloodline to the point of being nonexistent, but Horo's mother was part of the dreaming soul clan which was an extremely special clan.
Their bodies and souls were one, and all of their bloodline abilities was soul and dream related. This caused Horo to be in slumber until he was twenty five because his third eye was merged with his soul, the two bloodlines somehow merged perfectly.
This caused his bloodline abilities from both lineages to evolve and some even merged.
The third eye inherited from his father can see calamity, glimpse into heavens secrets and can see likely futures when enough information is known, protect users soul from outside influences such as divination, or curses.
His mother's main bloodline characteristic is Primal instinct. Due to their body and soul being one their physical senses and spiritual sense are merged into primal instinct, and it's more than a one plus one boost, it's more like a boost of one hundred times. Their senses are so mighty they can sense when their name is being said or used.
The same boost applies to their potential as well. Usually everyone's body and soul has two separate potentials, proven by how some people are more talented in soul cultivation than body cultivation. His mother's lineage are all extremely talented due to the merged potential and their family cultivation technique being able to cultivate the body and soul simultaneously.
Another great ability of her lineage is the ability to enter the dream realm while slumbering, thus giving them ridiculous creativity and insight and even glimpses into different realities and possible futures. This may be the reason her bloodline was compatible with the heavens eye clan giving Horo the blessing of having merged the two special bloodlines.

The merging of these bloodlines was like a blessing and a burden because he became aware of to many things he wouldn't even have a chance to know about if his bloodline abilities didn't compliment each other so well.
