With sun still not raised up in the sky and a little darkness of the night still covering the horizon, standing in front of the Thark forest entrance, Kalki went through the information that he knew about the forest and dungeon one more time in his mind.
As mentioned in the novel 'Thark forest' wasn't a very dangerous forest like many other forests across the continents.
The reason why it wasn't dangerous was due to the low amount of mana in the air.
The low amount of mana means no growth of special mana herbs or no evolution of mana beast.
Thus, because there was nothing to gain in the forest no one visited here, except for the villagers from the nearby city to get some firewood.
This was the reason why the hidden dungeon was able to grow without anyone noticing.
Kalki knew almost everything about the hidden dungeon which means its precise location too.
But the reason why he rented the room for 2-3 days was to avoid any suspicions of him entering here.
After all, the demon prince was the first to encounter the hidden dungeon which implies he was here for something surely.
In the later Half of the novel precisely in volume 4, which gave the readers an in depth understanding of the demonic fraction.
It was clearly mentioned how high ranking demons didn't move until it was a very important mission / thing for them or if it was an order from the demon lord himself.
And by no means 'demon prince' was a small rank in demonkind.
In the whole 'hero of darkness' novel it was mentioned that there were only 8 demon princes. Though Kalki only knew only 5 among them but just those five was enough pain in as*.
The seven demon prince were from all 7 sins clans meanwhile the 8th was the son of current demon lord, Ambit Rumper Basques, who visited here and got the rewards of hidden dungeon.
Kalki clearly remembers the paragraph of the novel which spoke about this incident.
It was through the demon prince himself so it made the information much more credible.
Afterall never in fiction characters evet explains something falsely.
Although at that time he didn't clearly describe the position of the dungeon, he gave the information that it was situated somewhere in the middle of the forest near a river.
After all, Ambit himself encountered the dungeon while he was walking alongside the river in search of something which didn't get revealed in the source.
The only two ways by which Kalki can ensure his safety in this war mongered novel was by either becoming strong enough to face hard situations head on, or else powering up the main cast to get the work done.
Kalki knew both of these things were important and he had to do either one of it.
Even if it creates butterfly effects, the first thing he was gonna do was snatch the hidden dungeon from Ambit.
He entered the Thark forest which was just like a regular forest and was not that dense.
The forest itself had far very few creatures which were good for Kalki, after all he was nowhere confident enough to fight any strong opponent.
As Kalki entered the forest he directly moved towards the second largest peak which was visible from the entrance.
With still darkness present in the surrounding Kalki started his journey.
Although he wasn't moving towards the second highest peak without any reason, he vaguely remembered the statement which told that the hidden dungeon were situated.
It was in the middle of the forest near the river, flowing from the second highest mountain peak.
Kalki moved towards the direction of sunrise and started traveling towards the mountain peak.
After all, he didn't know what place was the middle of the forest exactly.

.
.
Half an hour later at the peak of the mountain, Kalki finally saw the river which he had to follow to reach its destination.
The sun already up and the transparent river flowing down glowed brightly.
Taking a look at his surroundings which consists of trees, grass, river and no dangerous animals in the vicinity, Kalki knew this was a perfect picnic spot.
' I think I should better enjoy the journey.'
'As much as I want to get the rewards I also shouldn't rush things.'
'This world is very beautiful compared to my past world and should capture its beauty wholly…. '
Kalki ate his breakfast near the river underneath the shadows of the trees.
Because he himself knew how trash his stamina was he never once thought of walking alongside the river to search.
After all, there was a possibility of him not finding it even after walking many miles and he never left things on his luck.
Thus, Kalki bought a boat with him.
The boat in front of him was something that shows how high the technology of this world was.
After all, the boat was portable in square cube shape which could fit in one's hand.
After pressing the button in the middle and putting it in an open field it quickly transformed into a boat which needed to be rowed by hand.
Kalki pushed the boat in the river by his hand and jumped on it as it landed on the water body.
The boat moved forward with the slow water current while Kalki sat on it and watched both sides of the river with full alertness.
