I opened my eyes and to my shock I was sent back in time to when I was 16! I sat up in my bed and checked my hands. I was totally clean and my marks were all gone. I had to check this out. I put on some traditional clothes and started walking outside. The village had not collapsed yet. It looked beautiful. " He, he, next pray." I turned around. " Who's there?" I saw two guys in black hoodies. I fully turned. " Can I help you?" They laugh. The fat one walks up closer. " Now what's a pretty little lady like you doing out here this early in the morning?" Thugs. They were people who walked around drunk on the streets and picked up lady's to get more drinks. Then after the night they dispose of them. " If you shall know I am the 2nd princess of this kingdom. My name is Chiyoko Vaticana." They laughed some more. " I know who you are beautiful. Just come with us and everything will be alright." " I just said-'' Someone from behind covers my mouth and pulls me into the back alleyway. " Shh, be quiet, or they will hear." Ethan DeRoa. The 1st prince of the Santina Kingdom which is headed just south from here. My parents and his have literally been dying to make the two kingdoms an Empire. That would mean marrying Ethan to my sister Liya. I snap back to reality. The thugs soon leave. " Um, thanks, for saving me, kinda, I guess." He looked at me and nodded. Then he bent down and kissed my hand. " Nice to meet you. My name is Ethan. Ethan DeRoa of the Santina Kingdom." I curtseyed. " Chiyoko Vaticana of the Vasilijoō kingdom." He smiled. " He, he sorry I can't really curtsey in a kimono." " It's no problem at all, but I really have to get going. Maybe we can meet again another time?" Yes, another time. We shall meet again! See you later." He bowed and left. I smiled wholeheartedly. In my past life Ethan was also supposed to marry Liya but when Liya passed away due to illness he was going to marry me until Courtney stepped in. Besides that he never really played a big role last time. This time I will do whatever it takes to stop Courtney. Since I was reborn I will live this life to the fullest. And once I'm Queen Courtney will be sent to the dungeon never to see the light of day again. Once I'm Queen all my enemies will bow at my feet. I know it for sure. That I'll take the throne this time!
