Chapter 95 - The Dragon King's Return"

Title: "The Dragon King's Return"

God of Nature Proxy, King of Dragons Tharros, soared through the skies, his majestic wings beating powerful strokes as he flew back to his domain. His wife, Queen Lirien, awaited his return, her beauty shining like a star in the evening light.

As Tharros landed gracefully on the balcony, Lirien rushed to his side, her eyes sparkling with curiosity. "My lord, how fare the meeting with the other proxies?"

Tharros smiled, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "It was a success, my love. We've been invited to a Tournament of Power, and I've decided to send our team of young fledglings to participate."

Lirien's eyebrows arched in surprise. "A tournament, you say? That sounds like a grand adventure! And who shall lead our team?"

Tharros's chest swelled with pride. "Our daughter, Princess Calanthir, shall be the team leader. Her skills in magic and combat are unmatched among our kin. And our son, Prince Thalion, shall join her, representing our family's strength and honor."

Lirien's face lit up with joy. "I'm so proud of our children! And what of your second wife, Queen Lyriana? Shall she not participate as well?"

Tharros nodded, his smile widening. "Indeed, Lyriana be the team leader, bringing her wisdom and cunning to the battlefield. Together, our family shall make a formidable showing in this tournament."

Lirien's eyes shone with admiration. "You are a true leader, my lord. Our family's future is bright with you at the helm."

Tharros wrapped his wings around Lirien, pulling her close. "With your love and support, my queen, I know we shall triumph in this tournament and bring glory to our domain."

Tharros's voice boomed through the hallway, summoning his children to his chambers. Princess Calanthir and Prince Thalion arrived promptly, their faces filled with curiosity.

"Father, you called for us?" Calanthir asked, her long silver hair cascading down her back like a river of moonlight.

Tharros's eyes gleamed with intensity. "I have news, my children. News that will change the course of our lives forever. We have been invited to participate in the Tournament of Power, and I have decided that you both will be representing our family."

Thalion's eyes widened with excitement. "The Tournament of Power? That's the greatest honor, Father!"

Calanthir's face set in determination. "We will not fail, Father. We will show the mortals that dragons are still the most powerful beings in the land."

Tharros's voice grew stern. "I will not accept failure, my children. You must win at all costs. Our family's honor depends on it."

Calanthir and Thalion exchanged a glance, their hearts burning with determination. They knew that their father's words were not just a request, but a command.

"We will not disappoint you, Father," Calanthir said, her voice firm.

Tharros's face softened, his eyes shining with pride. "I know you won't, my children. You are the future of our family, and I have every confidence in you."

With that, the fate of the dragon family was sealed. They would participate in the Tournament of Power, and they would emerge victorious, no matter the cost.
