The Deadly Dinner Party
Lucifer, Grog, and Akuma laughed and joked as they devoured their meal, unaware of the danger lurking beside them. Valeria's eyes gleamed with a sinister light, her mind plotting a dark scheme.
"Maybe I should kill these guys," she muttered under her breath, "so I can spend some alone time with Luc."
Lucifer's eyes snapped towards her, his brow furrowed in concern. "Did you say something, Valeria?"
Valeria's smile was sweet and innocent. "Nope, nothing at all."
But Grog and Akuma exchanged nervous glances, their instincts screaming warning. They shivered, despite the warmth of the dining hall.
Just then, a tiny figure appeared at Lucifer's side, her pigtails bouncing as she climbed onto his lap. Lilamaria, or Lily as she was affectionately known, was Lucifer's little sister, and she had a mischievous grin on her face.
"Brother Luc, can I have some of your food?" she asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
Lucifer chuckled, his tension dissipating. "Of course, Lily. Share and share alike."
As Lily dug into Lucifer's meal, Valeria's eyes narrowed, her mind seething with frustration. This little interlude had ruined her plans, at least for now. But she vowed to find another opportunity to eliminate the obstacles between her and Lucifer.
Just as the dinner was ending, a statuesque figure swept into the dining hall, her long hair flowing like a river of gold. Lucifer's mother, Rosealia, was a vision of beauty and grace, but her eyes gleamed with a mischievous light.
"Lucifer, darling!" she cooed, swooping down to kiss her son and daughter. "And Valeria, sweetie, how lovely to see you!"
Lucifer's face turned bright red as his mother continued to lavish affection on him and Lily. "Mom, stop! My friends are here!"
But Rosealia just laughed, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Don't be silly, dear. It's time for bed, anyway."
She scooped up Lily and Lucifer, ignoring their protests, and began to walk away, her hips swaying seductively. "And don't look for your father tonight, Lucifer. He's already made arrangements with me."
Her giggles echoed through the hall, leaving Lucifer's friends staring in embarrassment. Valeria's eyes flashed with anger, her mind seething with resentment. This was not how she had planned the evening to end.
