Kai handed the quest parchment to the guild employee, his eyes gleaming with determination. "I'll take care of those Fangborn wolves. Consider it done."
The employee nodded, his expression serious. "Be careful, adventurer. They're not to be underestimated."
Kai grinned, his confidence soaring. "I've got this."
With a spring in his step, Kai set off towards the forest, his twin daggers at the ready. The sun beat down on him, casting dappled shadows across the forest floor. After a few minutes of searching, he spotted his prey: five snarling Fangborn wolves, their eyes fixed on him with hunger.
The battle was fierce and intense, Kai's daggers flashing in the sunlight as he dodged and weaved between the wolves' attacks. He unleashed his fire and ice dijin, the elements combining in a spectacular display of power. The wolves yelped and howled as Kai struck, his movements swift and deadly.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the last wolf fell, its body crashing to the ground. Kai stood panting, his chest heaving with exhaustion. He gathered the proof he needed – the wolves' fangs – and turned to leave.
But then, he heard it. A human scream, piercing and terrified. Kai's heart raced as he sprinted towards the sound, his daggers at the ready.
