Chapter 16 - 15) "The Next Mission..."

Back at the New Faith Order's castle, Nakamura had carried Sora's limp body on his shoulder towards a private conference room where Adrik followed him suit.

Adrik excitedly wondered what would Nakamura want him to do. Torture Sora? Take him hostage? Or bring out a secret word from him through various methods? Chinese Water Drip Technique? The German Stare? (those who know ) Or using drugs to keep the victim alive? Adrik felt excited for what was about to come. So he asked Nakamura while poking his cheek in thought,

"Say... Mr Nakamura, why did you call me here?"

"You see... I am busy in my own affairs and I really can not take care of Sora while he's in this castle... Even more so, he's an imminent danger as he can explode in power any moment... Hence why, I want you to take care of him," Nakamura replies.

Adrik feeling a bit puzzled asks, "What do you mean?"

Nakamura sighs and responds, "What I mean is, take Sora with you at your place preferably the circus and keep safekeep of him there... Get him to join our side."

Adrik's cocky confident demeanor shatters.

"Erm, what? That's... It?", Adrik asks with a confused look.

"Yes...," Nakamura says as he presumably narrows his eyes through the mask at Adrik.

"Is there a problem?", Nakamura continues while still maintaining eye contact even though he's wearing a mask.

Adrik, not wanting to piss Nakamura off waves his hands and boasts cockily, "N- no! Don't worry I got it!"

"Good. Now take him (Sora) away," Nakamura orders as he walks away, his overcoat top flowing behind with him.

Adrik smirks as he looks upon Sora's unconscious body, a mischievous grin that speaks no good.

A few days after Yoru's meeting with Hasuke, Yoru called upon Hikaru and Harushi, both of them together for assigning them a case.

Hikaru, stands upright looking up at the ceiling listens intently. Meanwhile, Harushi with a slouched back and hands in his hoodie listens rather not so intently to Yoru who was saying,

"Alright boys, we have a special case for you guys. There is a town right outside of north of Tokyo, called Kawagoe. Apparently from our intelligence department there has been a work of an Eclipse that has caused difficulties for the residents in town, particularly with sleeping. I don't have any agents to work with inside Japan at the moment so I choose you guys. It's a D Ranked Mission so I doubt it'll be trouble for you guys".

Hikaru looked a bit confused whilst Harushi slept midway Yoru's unnecessary long yapping.

"Erm... Ma'am, I don't know about Ranked Missions," Hikaru asked politely whilst nervously rubbing his hands behind his back.

Yoru looked at Hikaru for a bit and started laughing lightly in a lady like manners, covering her mouth with the back of her hand.

"Ehem... Sorry about that... I suppose I thought Harushi would have explained it," Yoru glances at Harushi who immediately snaps back to reality and stands at attention.

"Y-yes, Ma'am! I will explain my assigned junior the tiers for Ranked Missions!" Harushi yells in a more of "soldier like" way, probably to make them ignore his lazy behaviour before.

Harushi then coughs to clear his mouth and pulls down a whiteboard nearby and somehow the lights of the room go out and the projector turns on.

"How did you- I will pretend that didn't happen," Hikaru replies.

Harushi then began explaining what Ranked Missions were,

"So, uh, basically we have a tier of missions from E - A+, and they follow:

E - missions that are deemed safe and do not require much work, they are usually mafia or disorder situation related so aren't related to Senzai related phenomenon.

D - missions are deemed to be safe but the safety is not hundred percent confirmed, hence why these cases are more mysterious and usually end up being a cause of a weak Eclipse. These level Eclipses are pretty weak, they don't usually require much force. Probably conventional modern arms can be useful against them or basic Senzai abilities.

C - These are caused by more prevalent, but not that dangerous Eclipses, and they usually require previous experience to deal with carefully. Senzai Users just need the basic knowledge of how eclipses work to successfully come out alive. These Eclipses can cause City Block level disruptions or devastations.

B - These missions aren't assigned to Seniors without the need of Special Agents supervising a group of Senior Agents like I am. The Eclipses are more devastating and can easily disrupt the functioning of a Large Town or a Small City.

A - Missions reserved only for the Special Class as the Eclipse are also special with abnormality of having unfair Senzai Arts or abilities that majority of Eclipses don't possess. These Eclipses are born of a major cause such as Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Great Famines as such and so on. The area that these Eclipses can effect can range from a City to as far as multiple Towns, Urban Settlements nearby it.

A+ - Only the Executive Class can partake these missions. It always takes a combined effort of multiple Executives to even take down these levels of Eclipses. These Eclipse are insanely formidable and violent, they are nicknamed Penumbras for being the hedgemonts over the world. These Eclipses have existed for hundreds if not thousands of years. Some have never been slained such as the Eclipse of Death or The Failure Eclipse have never been killed. They have only been either stopped from more destruction or sealed to stop coming back. They can easily massacre hundreds thousands in seconds and travel extremely high speeds. Their area of effect can be devastation of a country or a nation to effecting the World in it's aftermath.

But luckily, Penumbras that have appeared recently have either been not on the upper echelon or have been detected and sealed away in hell".

Hikaru seemed terrified, Harushi seemed tired from the explaining and Yoru seemed happy.

"Well then boys, your driver is waiting for you outside to take you to the Town of Kawagoe! Good luck and survive! And please bring me back a gift or two," Yoru says as she hastily pushes Hikaru and Harushi out of her office.

Harushi and Hikaru look at eachother.

"Well then, good luck not dying pal," Harushi jeers as he began walking down the stairs.

Hikaru smirks and contemplates,

"It's a D Ranked Mission, why are you scared?".
