Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Friends at last

One year passed after Mou Lin came in the academy

Tin Hao, the arrogant and spoiled son of Governor Wei Hao, is accustomed to getting whatever he wants. He sees himself as superior to others, especially to Mou Lin, a quiet and hardworking student from a modest background.

Tin Hao often bullies Mou Lin, mocking him for his humble origins and belittling his achievements. Despite this, Mou Lin remains resilient, focusing on his studies and training in martial arts.

One day, during a school competition,

in the prestigious halls of the Academy, where young minds were honed and,clash between Tin Hao and Mao Lin was inevitable. Tin Hao, with his father's authority and a clique of followers, often bullied those he deemed beneath him. Mao Lin, however, was different. Despite his humble origins, he possessed a rare inner strength and an unyielding spirit.

"Let's settle this once and for all," Tin Hao. Mou lin accepted the challenge his eyes gleaming with determination. The day of the duel arrived, and the entire Academy gathered to watch. Tin Hao, armed with a sword and shield, smirked as he faced Mou Lin, who stood calmly with only a wooden staff in hand.

As soon as the signal was given, Tin Hao lunged forward, swinging his sword wildly. But Mou Lin was prepared. With lightning-fast reflexes, he dodged Tin Hao's attacks, countering with precise strikes of his staff.

The duel was intense, with Tin Hao becoming more frustrated by the second. His attacks became more desperate, but Mou Lin remained calm and composed, parrying each blow effortlessly.

Finally, with a swift and decisive move, Mou Lin disarmed Tin Hao, sending his sword flying across the training ground. The crowd gasped in astonishment as Mou Lin stood victorious, his wooden staff held high in triumph.

Humiliated by his defeat, Tin Hao stormed off, his pride shattered. Mou Lin, however, remained humble, bowing respectfully to the crowd before quietly returning to his training. With the support of his friends and the respect of his teachers, Mou Lin stands up to Tin Hao, eventually earning his respect.

From that day on, Mou Lin earned the respect of his peers at the Academy, proving that true strength comes not from arrogance or status, but from hard work...
