**Cultivation Realms and Their Lifespans**
I was considering putting this in an official chapter, but I guess creating an auxiliary chapter to explain it will be fine too.
Before cultivation, there's training similar to how people train here. The duration of training depends on one's talent and when they can feel spiritual energy. Very talented individuals may take hours, talented ones take days, average ones take weeks, and those with worse talent can take months or even years. Training begins from age 10, as people think stepping into double digits is suitable to begin training.
These are mortals with a life expectancy of 100 years.
Once a person can sense spiritual energy, they become a Martial Apprentice with a life expectancy of 300 years.
After Martial Apprentice is Martial Master with a life expectancy of 800 years.
Martial Grandmasters have a life expectancy of 2000 years.
Martial Kings can live up to 10,000 years.
Martial Emperors have a life expectancy of 100,000 years.
Martial Venerables can live up to 1 million years.
Above that is the Immortal Realm, meaning no death through aging.
