Aimee's POV
This is what it feels like to feast on raw deer meat from my own catch, so fresh and invigorating. I mean, I'm driven to hunt more deer in a short time. The last I heard, Emily was the fastest and most skilled werewolf in hunting.
"What are you thinking?"
My reverie was interrupted by Alpha Vincent's question. I flinched but smiled at him.
"Nothing, I'm just thinking about improving my hunting skills faster than before. And it feels so fresh, I much prefer raw deer meat to having to cook it like when I was still in the pack."
Alpha Vincent played with his facial expressions, as if showing disbelief. "Let me guess, but I want you not to be offended. Are you distracted by memories of Emily?"
