James's POV
"My love, James! Where have you been?"
Emily greeted me with that question as I arrived at the mansion. She embraced me affectionately, not showing any curiosity about what had transpired between me and Legolas.
"Calm down, Honey. Don't rush; aren't you embarrassed to be seen by so many of our new members?" I gently pushed Emily away, looking at all the members who were watching us with smirks on their faces.
"Why should I be embarrassed? Do you know, before they all joined us, they were used to seeing adult things. Or if you're still confused, they used to change partners frequently to channel their power. That's why they've become stronger; one by one, their powers have shifted and evolved."
I immediately distanced myself slightly from Emily. Her answer sounded ridiculous to me. I shook my head and said, "Don't tell me you're thinking of implementing that here in the pack. I strongly disagree and oppose it, Emily."
