In a dense forest, hordes of goblin was lurking on their settlements with their unusual antics. Suddenly a 3 scorching flamess was suddenly launched in the air aiming for their huts which makes them grunt in confusion and chaos slowly overtaking them as the fire slowly spread to each of those huts,
Before long, a resounding battlecry just echoes from the hidden side of the forest, human or rather soldiers began to appear one by one on the other side of the forest, they begin to run and lauch their attack over the Goblin horde, clashes of human and the goblin start to commenced in that battlefield,
"Attack!!!"
"Kill them all!!!"
Rein and Emil throded into the battle whilst the squad leaders just follow behind them, As soon as Rein walks into the battlefield, he seems to be more serious than usual because this is the time for him to show that all of his sweats and tears in training produce a good result,
And just like he expected, he have improved better compared to the first he engaged in battlefield, he have learn more from Emil from the moment he started his training, Footworks, basic swordsmanship and also battle instinct. Moreover, now he can exude more battle power which a result from working out his body, just as he thought of that, 2 goblin rushed and lunged towards him,
While, his eyes remains sharp and just like drinking water he could easily predict the trajectory of the dagger that the goblin will strike, with that he just parried the first attack swiftly, while directing his gaze upon the next one and directly kicked the goblin upfront, when their attack failed, Rein just take the opportunity to slash them with his swords aiming for their vital sign, just like that 2 goblin succumbed to the grounds within a split second,
With that, he continue to face the other incoming goblin, while Emil from quite a far distance just looks over his back and smiled, while in those situations 3 goblins lunged and jumped towards him, while with a breath of an air, he just sheath his swords and make a long horizontal slah that split all three of them in half, spluttering blood on his silver armor,
The squad leader also doesn't wants to lose as their also take down few goblin to the grounds, Machete with his feracacious sword style and Miki with a clean flawless action, All of the prominent figures in the mock battle 2 days ago now shows their mighty and power, slowly the goblin horde that thrice their number at first start dwindling in numbers and some of them are starting backs off, it's unusual for them for not trying to runaway,
Seeing the situations that fall upon the goblin horde, one of the the soldiers just excitedly shouted,
"We have won!!!!, we have won!!!"
But something weird happen as the other soldiers suddenly started to contorted with confusion and awareness as they stare at the soldiers that shout out earlier, seeing that their gaze are directed at something behind his back, he unconsciously turn his back, as his figure suddenly overshadowed by tall monsters,
Within a split second, the monster just struck his heads down, smashing it to the grounds and destroying his heads, seeing that from the right corner, Emil with a shout just warned everyone,
"It's hobgoblin!!! Be careful!!!
With that shout everyone just becomes more aware and prepare themselves, while the three tall hobgoblin just stare at all the human forces with sinister smile, not knowing fear from the numbers of human being that surrounds them, Then they make a move, within 5 seconds all three of these hobgoblin rushed and split into 3 different directions, one towards Emil, one towards the squad leader and lastly one went directly confront Rein,
Aware of his situation, Rein just distance himself from the other soldiers attracting the hobgoblin attention and it does, but what he don't manage to take into consideration is the strength of the monster, as it without any thoughts just launch it's wood club towards Rein abdomen, receiveing such attack, Rein couldn't even gasp for an air and immediately thrown in air with that force and and have to accept as his body rolled on the ground, but in a split second he recover with a stance,
Seems like the monster try to attack his ribs, and it does manage to inflict damage upon his abdomen, but he still manage to gain his stance while clutching his seems to fractured rib,
"This monster is strong"
Just as he contemplated in thought, Jello just shout an informations that makes them grimaced in bad predicament,
"These hobgoblin is corrupted with abyss star!!!"
But that information seems to be a little late as one of the hobgoblin that moves towards the squad leader, seems to deviate from its path and starts to attack the vulnerable and weak soldiers near its clutch, it's start to go berserk and start to massacre few soldiers before two of the squad leader manage to halt its movements, Emil also confront his own enemy right now, but as expected from a two star knight, it seems he could overwhelm the hobgoblin in terms of strength and wits,
But now, the one in the utmost predicaments is Rein, not only he is injured but he seems to be noticing his shortage of power to face the hobgoblin that is standing in front of him, while contemplating in thoughts his gaze suddenly lay upon Emil and that man just nodded his heads towards Rein while at the same time moving his body agilely, playing battle with the hobgoblin that attack him,
Understanding his vice gesture, he once again stand up firmly to face the hobgoblin, while staring at each other, Rein and the hobgoblin lunged towards each other with an astounding speed, Now facing a tough opponents, Rein just remain focused and start to find weakness on the monster while parrying and launching at the same time,
When a wits come to his heads, he just jumped in the air and shorten the distance between him and the monster, just a few inch, separating them, Rein immediately slash towards the monsters next, but to not avail, the swords deflected just like it been used against a stone which made him click his tongue,
'tchh, hard as stone'
Like an instinct, the monster just outright try to grab his arm, but Rein are faster as he kicked the monster body and flip backwards to his position earlier, seems like a direct slash cant injure the monster at all, as he racks his brain he have a sudden realisation,
'whats the most important things to a living things in order to survive'
'its their vision,!!!'
With that he changed his strategy, and this time he is aiming for the eyes, without resting for a bit, this time he just lunged forward directly to the monsters intends to fight upfronts, when they almost reach upon each other, Rein just slashed a vertical slash to the monster, while oblivious towards his actions the monster defends with both of its arms shielding from the slash,
but at a right seconds he retracted his slashes,while sliding lower over the standing hobgoblin, he managed to find a slight gap and thrust his swords in full force, stabbing through one of the monsters eye socket, with this the monster just seems to lose its focus and stumble back while growling in pain,
Just as he thought the monster will continue to stand downfrom that attack, suddenly the monster grab one of his hands and starts to smash his body towards the ground which makes him spurt in blood,
"Captain!!!"
"Young lord"
While in anger, the monster now intends to ends his life swiftly with brute force, as it's raised its hands in the air and strucking down towards his heads, but not wanting to give up, Rein with pain and blood all over his abdomen just hold up swords shielding him from the force, when the monsters hands struck towards him, he managed to change the direction of its punch with just adjusting the swords slightly on the side, with it's attack missed, Rein take the opportunity rolled over the ground and take some distance immediately,
The monster was petrified and overlooked over his actions but just run again towards him at full speed, approaching him berserkly, with this Rein stand up for the last time and sees the monster approaching him while he became frustrated for his weakness which made him lost in thoughts, while everyone shouts incongruiable and blurred words towards him, time moves slowly as he was approaching death,
' is this my ends?'

' will people get sad over my death'
Far from the corner of his eyes, he sees that Emil is running forcefully as trying to get to his sides as fast as he can, closing his eyes, he suddenly remember all the pain and suffering he have been through for years, but remembering Emil promises and seeing all of the soldiers now fighting bravely, he just awaken and unknownenergy from inside his body, and energy cames surging to all over his body enforcing him with a power that his is not familiar with, with this he open his eyes in instant, and a gold circle could be seen on his irises, and he slightly raised his swords upwards with a new spirit in his body
'i won't die an easy death, '
With that, everyone was stunned because as Rein raised up his swords, a blinding bluish aura suddenly form upon his swords and the great slash was struck open the monsters body, bursting it into few portions, with bloods disperse to the air as its body were destroyed within a split seconds, while the terrain also changes as a split cut was formed because of the slash from the Rein,
With that, he finally breath a sigh of relief and fall to the ground unconscious,
