Chapter 6 - Master...

The young man just happened to be the boy whose life was so fickle. And to survive he had to resort to feeding on the corpses of those he fought with.

Kyrios at this moment was nothing like the boy whose life hanged by a thread at anyone moment.

Seated in that throne like chair, his aura was wild and boundless, like a surging blood river. He could incite fear in all that gazed at his countenance.

It has been almost five years ever since that incident and the changes he has gone through that little time were enough to subvert your mind.

His golden hair flayed wildly all over him like a mane of lion and his presence screamed danger. It was streaked with chaotic reds and crimsons, making one to suspect whether they were really there or as it just blood that had somehow managed to remain fresh every time they saw him.

He had grown to become a handsome man with a youth like purity that tried to hide a deep demonic charm that he had not yet grown well into. His features were sharp like the bladed machete he had placed on the table, right in front of him. Looking into his eyes, you would tremble from the coldness they exuded. And yet they were a sight to look at. His Irises were fiercely red to the point of being crimson, but they had specs of gold scattered chaotically in them, when the light from the eerie torches hit them, they would reflect the light in a beautiful display.

But at this moment these cold eyes had a concealed warmth within them as he looked at the revolting child and his fan club. To him these children were the world to him, in the darkness that occupied his heart they were his light.

Kyrios was a man with a characteristic color of skin. It was like a blend of obsidian and a shade of stone gray. It made his skin look exotic and yet beautiful, especially when that same skin covered densely packed taut muscles with veins covering the entirety of his body adding to his male charm. But all that beauty was ruined by the presence of scars, so many that they had reached a point of forming a second layer on his body.

Even as he sat there in the chair one could tell that he was a tall man. Kyrios Khan was his name. A man that has survived a thousand wars and has always by some sort of luck or twisted fortune, been the only survivor every time single time in succession.

While others of this world looked like abominations from birth, and just as it seemed like he and his siblings had survived physically, the curse that revolved around them in the metaphysical was an abomination in it itself.

But Kyrios had slaughtered anyone who dared to call his siblings cursed and that to in the most gruesome ways possible. This is why while everyone else in this Nameless World begun to fight as soon as they could hold weapons, his siblings were here waiting to eat a feast.

A feast prepared by the entity he now calls Master.

Kyrios sighed. You would think that by virtue of sharing the same blood, I would get that privilege, but no, it went to someone they only knew for a short whil.... No, I can't say that they have known me longer. They did not even have awareness by the time they were in mother's corpse, so how can I blame them. Speaking of mothe-

His thoughts were interrupted by the kid's runts again as the boy said with a victorious smile on his face, "See, I told you we have nothing to fear, this coward would not dare do anything to us as long as we have big brother Kean."

Kyrios shot a glare at the kid but the kid di not back down and instead returned a glare of his own. The other kids held in their laughter at Kyrios' plight. Anyone could see that he held no power here.

Kyrios gave in and slumped back into his chair while saying in an aggrieved tone, looking on listlessly into the storm covered sky above the temple. "Alright, fine, I give in, let us wait for your 'big brother' to come back. And he shall punish you himself for your terrible attitude."

A silene hang over the table after he said that, and the children said no more. He thought to himself. That's right you little brats, let's see if you dare say anything now.

But as the silence was overwhelmed the atmosphere, he got a bit worried in his heart. Don't tell me he is standing there

Looking away from the sky he lowered his head with trepidation in his heart for what he might just see, and indeed he was right to be scared. Because right at the entrance stood a young with a mask for a face and legs of a beast for feet, and with who knows what that black haze that covers his back is all about.

The young man looked at them and though you could not tell who he was looking at, Kyrios could swear that he had seen a cunning glint flash through those dangerous looking pupils.

But like the speed of light, it was gone almost like as if it was just his imagination. But he knew better than anyone, was that this young man was terrifying. and being the same chaotic entity, he had found all those years ago, he has never changed his habits especially when it came at sowing chaos and playing games. He has been a victim of too many games.

His whole body trembled at thought of the grueling games he was going to have to play, to pay for slighting his master.

It was like all hell broke loose as Kyrios could see bundles of colors rushing at that enigmatic figure and even before he could say something, someone was a bit faster than he was.

"Big brother...Big brother..." In an extremely aggrieved tone, one of the children said.

" Big brother ... Kyrios was threatening us with his aura, and when we told him that he was not in charge, he got very angry with us, and he used his aura to squeeze us to the point of bleeding. The girls even cried and begged him to forgive but he would not relent."

"Big brother... you have to get justice for us....fufufu"

It was quite a sight to see twelve kids all crying at once. Kyrios was speechless.

These kids who were roaring at him one moment ago were now crying like as if they had been beaten to death.

Just where did they learn to be shameless. I don't think I was ever this shameless. Kyrios thought to himself quite speechless at the sight. And as if to add salt on the wound one continued.

"He even said that you would do nothing to him even if you came around and we told on him."

Even Kean was surprised at the shamelessness of these kids. Thinking to himself. It seems they are ready for the new stage, oh how I can't' wait for the chaos that will ensue once the game begins.

Directing his fathomless eyes to Kyrios. The victim of his stare could be seen sweating buckets as his whole body trembled in agitation and fear. He felt the need to mess some bit with the prey that had been delivered to his platter. and so, he unleashed a tiny speck of his aura. and the results were.... well, they were fascinating, for, in the moment his aura directed at Kyrios was released, He could see his prey fall off the chair he sat on and lay flat on the ground and the trembling of its body worsened. When he felt that he had enough fun he released the poor prey from his clutches almost a little bit reluctantly.

But his mood rose when the prey said. "Forgiveness master, I deserve everything coming to me, but I plea forgiveness, Oh Boundless One."

For reasons he cannot explain, whenever the 'prey' found ways to keep him entertained, by calling him titles that had a nice ring to them, he always ended up sparing his life from playing in his games.
