Chapter 3 - Mr. Ex

It's three years long since he last tasted Seiran Ryu's delicacies. It was before he departed abroad after finishing high school. Based on eavesdropping information, he could go after Junior High School graduation but insisted he would go after attending high school for three years.

In his assumption, Seiran Ryu just wants to spend more time in Japan, isn't he? Or is he just showing off how much of a wunderkind he is?

Looking at distant glowing rays soon sunsets, the vibe he gets from Mr. Ryu beside him who's driving a super expensive Toyota Corolla, anything he cooks right now, will get him a stomach ache that will lead to diarrhea.

Also, not to mention it's an innocent request from a kid who detests cooked food from outside except ones from convenience stores.

He was taught to have breakfast, supper, and dinner cooked at home. Even lunch sometimes, he'll have bento from home. Other than that, it wasn't aggravating if he knew an adult beside him could easily tell a driver to drive them to school.

Why bother walking??? Not much of it, it was a time when it was quite hot and a time when he didn't have lunch.

He wonders if grandma is on his side or Ryu's side. She's complaisant much to whatever Seiran Ryu asking of her.

"You have quite many things to complain about one after the other," jested Seiran.

"I simply enjoyed soon sunsets in the distance in a comfortable car with cool air conditioning," faltered Akatsuki.

Seiran's kenspeckle at Akatsuki's sarcasm since it's magical how it's bringing him a salubrious effect than most people could say about or prove about healthy things in various lists en masse in a long time.

Before long, a vibration from a smartphone coming in. A call or notification? The screen is black. He's not much of an avid to using a smartphone in many cases. The youngsters should be much more impeccable about technology. It's in the field he's not interested in.

Now then, the generation adept to tech next to him is not much interested in continuously vibrating from his smartphone.

Probably sleepiness after satiating the hunger. It's common for all people, but for Seiran it's just a kid's harmonious trait to have sleep after long strolling with thirst impeding him to think more clearly than usual.

The vibration has stopped but a long message pops up. He read in a glance and understood the whole paragraph in a second. It's an early notification that the guest will come. Maneuvering him with gâteau basque will do it to calm a kid.

So it's happen on his way to shopping groceries at hypermarket. It will give many choices to choose ingredients for varieties of cooking and baking types. Slightly, his attention redirects to Akatsuki deflecting of his napping position.

The boy is never gauche whenever he's with him and he is never polite with Saya too. They have bad sides with each other and show them regularly daily. Driving in the countryside with rarely cars on the road, a coruscated from car headlight sometimes becomes stronger than usual. Around in cities movement, whereas things like it becomes common things eyes feast while looking down on it from high window apartment.

Small fireworks serve beautiful night scenery.

In the countryside where everything is bosky, the change of his mood is getting loads and lots better. Rainfall quite falls frequently, flowers, grass, plants, and anything grows in nature barely will exsiccate here.

"What are you smiling for?" Seiran's curiosity question. It's not hard not to cognizance a staring eyes at him intently.

"I'm having fun to have you as my driver, as I'm sleeping soundly as a passenger."

"I thought you always feel enervated whenever you open your mouth to talk to me. How come you're vigorous to talk as soon as you open your eyes?"

"Nothing, a long distance driving to a hypermarket that enervates you, makes me happy and abundant of energy," admitted Akatsuki. He switches his attention to outside surroundings.

It's evening. "How long have you driven? Why we haven't arrived yet? A grocery store should be close by."

"How long do you have to sleep? How well do you sleep? It's a hypermarket. It's taking 2 hours to arrive."

Ryu's giving Saya unintelligible smithereens tidings, too much to cope by his fuzzy brain that just awoken. "Why hypermarket all of a sudden? There's not much to buy. It's wasted money to go there."

It's advice for himself. He knows how well he behaves whenever he's at a hypermarket. That's why a limitation for him to shop is at a grocery store. A limitation set by his grandmother.

"Don't worry, it's my money that's going to be wasted. Feels free to do anything with it to your heart's content. I'm in all pleasured about it." Seiran made the call.

He doesn't know what got into the driver next to him to change their destination, but blithesome galore in his heart can't be hidden. Trying to compress the smile from ear to ear, deep-seated in his heart is a reverence about money.

"I guess there are many shenanigans kept in the dark from others between us, and it's better to keep it entre nous, don't you think so, Saya?" Seiran's calm composure in driving many kilometers in the countryside.

"It's just seriatim copacetic because you and I are both curmudgeons with each other," confided Akatsuki.

"It's better than a mawkish show in front of other people," hinted Seiran. His eyes notice a little bit increasing of cars. They should arrive in 15 minutes.

After driving a long distance, he could see the monadnock view from far away. It's springtime, the land doesn't feel barren and lively with green grass and colorful scenic scenery of flowers.

"Have you gone silent, Saya?"

"I am. I don't want to indulge in your retrospection that'll will benefit you later to tease me," insinuated Akatsuki. To avoid more of the mundane confrontation, he's gliding way to phub himself.
