Zeno had been standing in a corner with Cody and the twins before the video of Mr. Glen's evil acts was played.

He did try to struggle but he was subdued by the agent. He stood there, looking around the hall helplessly, and the looks he saw on the girls' faces, especially Rita, had a hint of satisfaction in her eyes; this made him realize that they'd all been in on this the whole time.
