I woke up with a painful headache, I didn't quite remember what happened last night.
Recalling everything that happened yesterday now I remember.
I was fired a few days ago because of a small mistake. It was not my fault at all, It was my coworker. She made a mistake that could lead all of us in trouble yet I was the one who's incharge in that department. My coworker was scared that she will be fired she has 3 daughters that she needs to be feed as a single mother. None of them wants to be troubled because our boss has a short temper.
I didn't want that to happen so I took the risk and told him It was me who made that part of the proposal, believing that he won't fire me, I was one of the most responsible workers for years but he was angry and he scolded me and now I'm fired and jobless.
I brushed my long hair roughly when my phone rang revealing my friend's name on the screen.
I sighed she probably found out that I'm jobless.
I stood up feeling lazy and took my phone.
"What?"I asked
"I've been trying to call you for the past two days woman!"she replied.
"Anyways stop wasting your time laying on the bed and take a bath!"she said that made me wonder.
'What is she planning this time?'
"Why?"I asked curiously, I heard her sighed ah she's mad.
"The owner of the hotel that I'm currently working into is now hiring for a new secretary"she said that made me stand up straight. A secretary?
"The previous secretary will be giving birth this month so she sent a resignation letter a few days ago"she explained.
"Now hurry and take a bath there's a lot of people on the line!"she quickly said and she hangs up she didn't even let me speak.
Well I can't just stay jobless forever. I took my towel and went into the bathroom.
She texted me the address and I arrive at the place.
The hotel is indeed beautiful the lights inside are visible in the outside even when it's sunny, the sunlight is reflecting on the large windows it looked more beautiful.
I saw the sign with golden lights.

I've heard that thing before...now I remember Emma told me about it. The hotel with the highest ranking for the best hotel in the Philippines.
I was walking to the entrance when the security guard suddenly appeared in front of me that made me back up a little.
"Greetings madam, are you here to apply as a secretary as well?"he asked it made me think that a lot of people probably applied for this position.
Being a secretary is a good job already but I didn't have the experience of being secretary.
I came back to reality when the guard is starting and smiling while waiting for my answer.
"A-ah yes"I replied and smiled.
"I can't believe Boss is really that popular among women well what can I say he's too handsome, I wanna be handsome like him"he said.
'His eyes are sparkling'
He's young by observing his behavior. He came back to reality and looked at me.
"Oh sorry, please come in! Floor 5 black door you can go and line with the applicants, goodluck!"the security said and smiled. I nodded my head and thanked the man and went inside.
I was walking in the hallway I can already see less people on the line.
'Am I late?she said there were tons of people earlier'
I saw my friend Emma nearby.
"Emma!"I called her, she turned around and ran towards me.
"Finally you're here, you're lucky the interview section was fast"she said and I handed her my resume and she smiled widely.
"Alright I'll hand it to my boss, goodluck!if you pass I'll treat you at the new opened cafe nearby"she gave me a thumbs up and I nodded as a response.
The man who's in front of me earlier came out on the door his expression is full of disappointment is the interview really that hard?
When I heard the word next I opened the door and went inside I see one person that's probably the boss I can't see him he's not facing at my way.
'Why am I feeling nervous?'
I clenched my hands and sat down.

The man slowly turned around to face me. My eyes widened when I saw his features.
