I need 1 STR, 2 AGI, 1 CON, and 6 MP, since the world based doesn't count. My HP has always been at 10. I should be able to get all of these in one day if I try hard. I do 20 laps around the field as fast as I can, while attempting to cast. After the first hour, my AGI goes up one. Hour two goes to STR and MP. Hour three gives me one CON, before I collapse on the ground.
AGI requires you to push your speed, moving faster. STR makes you strain your muscles to the limit, pushing harder. MP goes up with casting and mana control. CON makes you keep going while doing repeated actions, as well as decrease damage taken. It also slightly speeds up healing and sickness.
After a few more rounds of pushing myself, I finally reach ten in all five stats. I head back over to Frost's room, planning on training my spells. Instead, I get slapped. Hard.

If things keep going like this, I should be strong enough by the end of this month, in 10 days. I will need at least 20 or 25 in all my stats, and each stat takes longer to get. I doesn't get harder, but it takes longer to push yourself to the limit, and you need to keep going for longer periods of time after reaching the limit.
I decide to go with Cross World Skill, and a list pops up. A short list though. It only shows the skills that I currently have, with Luck, unnatural body, adaptive, adaptive resistance, and anti-insanity already labeled as cross world.
Looking through the options, I decide to go with STR boost, as it is one of the hardest to up without equipment. That will help in the fight a lot, especially as it goes up. Frost returns a few minutes later, carrying a bowl of oatmeal with apple slices. Nothing special, but the school has to feed thousands of people, so they go for cheap and nutritional.
