Evelyn watched Daemon go away, and her face just couldn't do away with the soft smile that was apparent. She remained unmoving, her head immersed in what her heart was feeling, and only when the cooling wind invaded her clothes, as the temperature dipped even more, did she decide to go home.
It had been a long while since she had been alone at home, a long while since her life had not been just about her son, just about keeping herself occupied to avoid facing her scarred heart. She could only hope she had not forgotten how to be a woman, after being a mother for so long.
With a smile, she arrived in her small apartment. She changed into more casual clothes after washing her hands, and made something light for herself to eat. It was quite interesting that she was feeling some anticipation for the night.
