"Starting tomorrow, Jason will be training with us."
As the couple left the shower in their room, Evelyn was surprised by Daemon's words. She turned to him, and asked, hesitant:
"Isn't he too young?"
"He is young, and that is the best time for him to start."
Seeing the worried face Evelyn was making, Daemon almost laughed:
"I'm not turning him into a child soldier. Think of it as personalized martial art training. It will be good for his health, both in body and mind."
Evelyn blushed a little in embarrassment.
What had happened last month had made her so sensitive that, combined with the training she witnessed Daemon go through every morning since moving in the new house with him, her mind had flown straight to the ideas which were making Daemon laugh at her. Still, one could not really blame her, so with that thought, she moved to take the dryer to dry her hair.
