Chapter 26 - Chapter 26

"Our philosophy at Lee Corporation is to make human life better. That's why our pharmaceutical research always heads in that direction..."

At the new product launch event, Juan smiled as he held the microphone, introducing and promoting the new product according to the script prepared by Jack.

The new product, with its outstanding effectiveness and affordable pricing, caused a buzz among the reporters after Juan's presentation, with many eagerly asking for more details.

Juan calmly answered each question.

"Boss, the response is excellent. After this launch, we should see a lot of media coverage about our company and product. Once our reputation builds, we will have a solid foothold in New York."

After the event, a brown-haired man in his thirties reported to Juan with excitement.

This man was Jack, the one truly responsible for the company's operations.

Juan patted Jack on the shoulder and smiled, "It's all thanks to you. You've worked hard."

"This is nothing. If you hadn't saved me back then, I'd probably be rotting in some gutter, and my family wouldn't be living well now!" Jack replied seriously.

After graduating, Jack had returned to his country, Sokovia, full of ambition to start his own business. Using his knowledge and business talent, he built his company from scratch. However, as his business grew, he made enemies. Unable to beat him fairly, his competitors used dirty tricks to bankrupt him and burdened his younger brother with gambling debts.

When his family was on the verge of collapse due to these debts, Juan appeared, resolving all his problems and eliminating those who had wronged him. Since then, Jack has been devoted to managing the business to repay Juan's kindness.

"Take care of your health. Eat more of the enhanced vitality pills, even if you don't want to practice martial arts. They'll improve your overall health," Juan advised before leaving.

Initially, Juan had saved Jack because he needed a managerial talent, but Jack's business skills turned out to be even more exceptional than expected. Jack's management had significantly contributed to Lee Corporation becoming a top-tier enterprise in Sokovia within three years.

Despite having excellent products, without proper management, a company's success would be short-lived.

As Juan got into his car, he suddenly heard a task notification. Opening the panel to check, he saw several minor side missions had appeared since arriving in New York, unlike in Sokovia.

However, these minor tasks, like stopping a thief or rescuing an animal, offered little reward and weren't worth his attention.

"A new main mission!"

Juan's eyes lit up when he saw the new main mission, excited to explore its details.

[Main Mission: Expand Lee Corporation.

Primary: Make Lee Corporation a leading company in New York.

Intermediate: Make Lee Corporation an enterprise on par with the peak of Stark Industries.

Advanced: Make Lee Corporation the strongest enterprise far surpassing the peak of Stark Industries.

Mission Reward: A new small world, different initial identity, and talents based on completion level.]

"I knew it. Main missions are never easy."

Seeing the new main mission, Juan rubbed his forehead. As a martial artist, he excelled in combat missions, like infiltrating Hydra bases. Business and emotional tasks were his weak points, yet the main missions leaned heavily in this direction.

His first main mission was to court and marry Wanda, which took him three years and genuine feelings to complete. Now, managing a company was the next challenge, something he found more daunting than fighting the Chitauri single-handedly.

While making Lee Corporation a leading New York enterprise seemed feasible with Jack's skills, rivaling Stark Industries was an entirely different challenge. Stark Industries, founded in the 19th century, dominated highly profitable sectors like aerospace, military, medical, and high-tech industries.

Tony Stark's peak net worth was estimated at $200-300 billion. Surpassing this would require an extraordinary level of achievement.

"No, I can't think in conventional ways!"

Shaking his head, Juan dismissed thoughts about conventional business strategies and instead focused on utilizing his strengths.

Business was not his forte. Pouring all his effort into it would hinder his martial prowess. Perhaps, achieving advanced completion required an unconventional approach.

Calming down, he realized there was no rush. His first world still had untapped potential. Strengthening himself first would provide more resources to expedite mission completion.

The second main mission, though seemingly business-focused, truly tested other skills. Stark Industries thrived not because of Howard and Tony's management but their invention and innovation skills.

Juan lacked such abilities but had an extra small world and greater strength. With careful strategy, the new main mission might not be as daunting as it first appeared.
