So Team Rocket set out to capture the Red Gyarados once again but this time the Rocket Trio was also with them!
They were able to detect the location of the red Gyarados at the bottom of the lake, but their equipment had trouble catching the Gyarados at the bottom, so they used the trio as cannon fodder to bait Gyarados and lure it up.
Not long after, Team Rocket sailed to the top of the red Gyarados. The trio put on their diving equipment that could communicate in the water and got ready to go down.
Jessie's expression was very serious, "You know what our job is? It's to lure that scary Gyarados to surface of the lake!"
