Tyril was enraged and confused. Vampires? The mythical creatures humans made up to scare themselves? They're real? The entire clan never even knew about this undiscovered threat.
But Lyra did.
Tyril stepped up to Lyra menacingly, anger fuming in his eyes.
"What kind of elder discovers a race. No, not a race, a threat, and doesn't even make an attempt to inform the pack?", he stared pointingly at her. His huge frame dwarfing her older, smaller stature.
"Tyril. I didn't think we would ever come across them at all. That was when I was in Africa. I didn't think they were here as well."
"You didn't think?" Tyril yelled. "Are we the only wolves in Alabama, or the US, or the whole goddamn continent? Aren't we all spread across the world? So what the fuck were you thinking huh? Keeping this all from us? Now our Alpha is down, and it's all because we couldn't keep an eye on a threat we didn't even know existed!!"
