Chapter 1 - Chapter 0 - Repetaing Nightmare

"All rise, the 257th State District Court for the State of California is now in session the Honorable Judge M. Holden, Judge presiding." Said guard while everyone present in court stood up awaiting at approaching verdict. Some stared at the pale and tall judge in fear, nervousness or even some families in impatience because all they wanted now is justice for 17 death that occured on cold night of 23rd of November 2058 Two figures stands out in this small crowd of people, a 32 years old Male, Billy Rakowski charged with 10 counts of 1st degree murder and 7 with 2nd degree all due to a framing and missunderstanding which occured that fatal night, he stood there, calm unfazed and emotionless like he accepted what is about to come. Scanning the faces of several family members of victims and his own, all he saw was rage, dread and saddness...That last emotion stood out the most because he saw it in his boy face, a 3 year old son. His name is Alex, always cheerful and happy kid that saw a role model in his father all this time. Billy looked at the boys face, all he saw that day was his small shaking and sobbing...

"AHEM" judge Holden cleared his throat and placed case file next to his right arm "Siddown everyone". He look towards Bill and then to the kid with a mean smug on his face while he took the glasses off and tossed them aside 

"I only have one question to you before the verdict Mr.Rakowski, how is it to know that you failed as a person that should be looked up to by your youngin?" Billy tried to answer but all he could do was shrug his shoulder and just stare back at Judge.

"As i suspected" he answerd "On the day of May the 4th 2059, on counts of 10 1st and 7 2nd degree murder i sentence you Mr. Billy Rakowski to death lethal injection" Alex's head rose as he stormed out of the court crying and screaming. Last thing that he heard was a sentence that follows him to this day.

"...may your suffering be eternal" followed by two stomps of wooden hammer
