During Lunch, Mei decided to eat in the cafeteria so after getting her food she was planning to sit at the nearest empty table but as she was about to take her seat ,those nasty girls from her class slightly bumped into her shoulders and occupied almost all the seats, leaving only one chair at the center but Mei was definitely not going to seat between those bloody witches. so she deviated naturally and turned to another direction.
She had just taken two steps when one of the girls called her and said "ugly wen*h, why don't you join us". Mei didn't bother stopping or turning back as she went directly to the farthest table at the back. "Finally I can eat peacefully " Mei said to herself but as she took few spoonful of her food someone sat directly in front of her, surprisingly it was Xander, "what the ..... it's him, what is he doing here". Mei mumbled to herself wondering why he had to jinx her peaceful lunch.
"Hmmm ....Hi" Xander said, sounding somewhat nervous. Mei didn't say anything but she gave him a slight nod, she resumed eating her food hoping he also would eat his food and leave but suddenly he talked "well I just wanted to return something to you" Xander said finally garnering her attention, He removed the hello kitty doll from his pocket and placed it near her " it fell from your backpack yesterday and I thought you might be looking for it" Xander said, he had noticed how she nervously looked for it earlier so he decided to return it to sooner. Mei was surprised that he was the one she bumped into the previous day, She picked up the hello kitty and her lips curled up a bit, she felt glad that she didn't have to replace the gift that was given to hef by a little boy whom she saved some years ago and she cherishes this little gift a lot even though it was given by someone she met for just an hour.
"Thank you" Mei said lightly but Xander heard her clearly and saw the little smile on her face, seeing her smile his lips also curled slightly.
All this gestures were noticed and misjudged by other students in cafeteria who were watching them closely like an hawk, they all thought that the school prince was giving the new girl a gift and this news spread all over the school like a wildfire and also on the school forum.

Various comments and posts where made on what had happened between Xander and Mei and almost all of those comment were negative, badmouthing Mei with all kind of foul words. The news also reached Xander's friends ears and they immediately searched for him and surprisingly there he was sitting and eating on the same table with Mei oblivious to whatever was happening happening on the school forum. "This troublemaker" Shin mumbled as he dragged Dean along with him to prevent Xander from landing the little girl into more trouble.
"Hey guys what's wrong " Xander asked when he saw the grave look that Shin,Dean and a third person at the back were giving him. They unceremoniously pulled him up and pulled him out of the cafeteria. They headed to a secret and small building in the school which was owned by Xander. Since Xander Zhao is a privilege student and also the son of the Zhao family he was given some special benefits by the school, only few people were allowed to enter the building, there were also some secret guards lurking around the corner.
After getting to the hideout Chen told Xander to check the school forum and Xander opened his phone to find out what was going on, he had been feeling a bit anxious on their way to the hideout and he also saw some students whispering along the corridor fueling his anxiousness which was quite an unusual feeling to him, he wondered why he felt that way. checking the forum his eyes immediately widened when he finally understood what had happened.
