After successfully obtaining the Pure Gold, Kahn used his telekinetic powers to bring Hancock and the others back to the surface from inside the lantern fish.
Under the astonished gazes of Asie and his daughter Olga, their eyes wide and mouths agape, Kahn transformed into his full dragon form. Using telekinesis, he carried Hancock and Olga on his back while poor Acier was wrapped in a psychic barrier and held in Kahn's claws.
Pretty girls could ride on his back, but men weren't as lucky.
Once the air barrier was removed with telekinesis, Kahn flew toward East Blue with the three of them.
Hancock wasn't planning to return to Amazon Lily. Instead, she intended to follow Kahn to East Blue. After nearly a year apart and having finally taken the last step with Kahn, she wasn't ready to leave him.
Kahn didn't convince Hancock to return to guard Wanokuni either. There was no longer any threat to Robin and the others there. Even though the Red Scabbards had their limbs reattached and were no longer dolls, they weren't the same Red Scabbards they once were.
Ashura Doji, Denjiro, and Kawamatsu, three of the Red Scabbards, had been overtaken by the Kuja Warriors, who were more like legendary men than women. After turning into tough fighters, they had been transformed into dolls by Sugar, and even though they returned to their human forms, they were now powerless.
Unless a Marine Admiral suddenly invaded Wanokuni, Robin was in no real danger.
Even if an Admiral entered Wanokuni, Sonia, who had become the new leader of the "Grantigne New World," would quickly rush to the scene. While Sonia might not be able to defeat an Admiral, the Admiral wouldn't be able to take her down easily either.
At night, even an Admiral would have to retreat. Just one touch from Sonia could weaken them significantly, making escape impossible.
However, due to the deep collaboration between Kahn and the World Government, it was unlikely that the Three Admirals would enter Wanokuni, and even the Marines couldn't approach the country.
When deals were made, all World Government ships docked at Dressrosa's harbour.
If any powerful figures entered Wanokuni, as long as they weren't Logia Admirals, Sonia could handle them with ease. Sonia, with her concept-based powers, was capable of taking on much stronger opponents.
The journey from the New World to East Blue took Kahn five days, mainly because Acier and Oroka were regular people. Unlike Kahn and Hancock, who could go without food or sleep for days, they needed to rest and eat.
Oroka, plagued by illness, relied on Pure Gold to keep her alive, but it couldn't cure her. As a result, she needed even more rest than usual.
Kahn, as always, was patient with those he found useful.
In order to gain the trust of the father-daughter duo, Kahn was considerate and planned to have Acier, the scientist who invented Pure Gold, assist with the research on Pacifistas and Seraphim to ease some of the pressure. This thoughtful gesture won both Acier and Olga over, especially Acier.
When Assie witnessed Kahn transform into a nearly 200-meter-long dragon, he realized that Kahn was indeed a prominent figure of this era. The claim about having the Paramecia Op-Op Fruit definitely wasn't a lie.
Excited about the upcoming trip to East Blue, Assie was eager to see what awaited them.
Upon arriving in East Blue, Kahn contacted Monet via Den Den Mushi and headed toward Loguetown. As they neared the town, Kahn reverted from his dragon form to human form, using telekinesis to gently bring Hancock and the others down onto a rocky beach.
"Master, sister-sama," Monet greeted respectfully as she appeared with Sugar, Nami, and Carina using her teleportation ability via the Room.
Monet and Sugar greeted Kahn and Hancock as soon as they arrived.
"Long time no see, Monet, Sugar," Hancock responded with a smile, then glanced at Nami and Carina, who were staring at her in awe. Smiling slightly, Hancock asked, "These two are new members of the family? My new sisters?"
"Yes, my lord," Monet confirmed with a nod. She then addressed Nami and Carina with a serious tone, "This is the head maid of our 'Cross Family,' the most beautiful woman in the world, Pirate Empress Boa Hancock. You can call her sister or sister Hancock. Now introduce yourselves to your elder sister."
"My lord, my name is Carina, and I am 10 years old this year," Carina introduced herself loudly, immediately understanding Monet's message. The elegant maid before her seemed to take etiquette very seriously.
"Sister... Sister, my name is Nami, and I am also ten years old this year," Nami followed Carina's lead, quickly introducing herself.
"Well, I'm glad to meet you both," Hancock said majestically, then turned to Kahn and asked, "Master, you've stayed in East Blue for so long. Haven't you found the Devil Fruit you were looking for?"
"Hmm, it seems like it was a false lead," Kahn replied, casting a glance at Nami before adding, "Once Monet helps Olga recover from her illness, we'll return to the New World."
Hearing this, Nami's face paled, but before she could say anything, Monet spoke up. "Master, before we return to the New World, there's one place we need to visit first."
"Where?" Kahn asked, already knowing the answer thanks to his Observation Haki.
"Nami's hometown," Monet replied half-truthfully. "While you were away, I discovered that Nami had something weighing on her mind. It turns out her hometown is currently occupied by some small-time pirates from the Grand Line, and her adoptive mother was shot and killed by them. After witnessing your strength, Nami asked me to help her get rid of those pirates."
"But I believe this is something you should handle, Master."
As Monet finished, Hancock's reaction startled both Nami and Carina, giving them a clearer understanding of Hancock's fierce personality.
Zzzzzz...
Hancock's beautiful face was filled with righteous fury as blue and white electric arcs sparked around her. Even Acier and Olga instinctively backed away as she exclaimed, "Who are these scum who dared to bully my sister's family?"
Carina's eyes sparkled with admiration, utterly charmed by Hancock's fierce and protective nature. "What an amazing big sister!" she thought, completely captivated by Hancock's presence.
