After the evacuation time given to the tourists ended, Kahn transformed into a dragon and used his telekinetic powers to lift Amazon Lily, Dressrosa, and the Medical Garden Island, heading back towards Wano Country.
At 23 years old, Kahn had fully completed his growth period. His peak would last from now until he reached 60 years of age.
Unlike the Naruto world, in One Piece, a person's prime can last much longer.
Powerhouses like Silvers Rayleigh and Vice Admiral Garp are both in their seventies and eighties and still have monstrous strength.
Kahn became one of the Four Emperors at just 23. It's no surprise that the entire world sees him as the strongest of the new generation, while Whitebeard represents the transition between the old and new eras.
It took some time for Kahn to reach Dressrosa from the first island, Morlaix, and now he was directly lifting three islands. This showcased Kahn's growth over the past eight years.
However, it took Kahn six days to return to the waters outside Wano after flying with the three islands, double the usual time.
Upon arriving near Wano, Kahn released Dressrosa but brought Amazon Lily and Medical Garden Island into Wano's territory.
He left Dressrosa out to save face for the World Government and the Marines, as Dressrosa is one of the countries allied with the World Government.
Bringing Dressrosa into Wano's waters would have forced the Marines, who are unaware of Wano's alternate entrance, to scale the waterfall to access Wano's sea.
Unless Kahn revealed another safe entrance, which is unlikely.
Wano's natural environment, much like the Calm Belt, is perfect for secluded development.
Aside from Wano, Onigashima, the maids of the "Cross Family," and Kahn's crew, no one else was permitted into this sea.
After bringing Amazon Lily and Medical Garden Island into Wano's waters, Kahn temporarily stationed Amazon Lily in a strategic position, blocking the only safe entrance to Wano.
From then on, there would be only one way for outsiders to enter Wano.
They could either scale the dangerous waterfall, fly over it, or defeat the Kuja warriors guarding the entrance. Additionally, they might face the Pirate Empress and the world's strongest creature.
After placing Amazon Lily near the entrance, Kahn positioned Medical Garden Island near Onigashima.
Once Wano and Onigashima were fully remodelled, Kahn planned to move Amazon Lily again and use Onigashima to block the entrance while setting up duplicates as guards.
After organizing the three islands, Kahn immediately returned without taking a break to move the last island, Morlaix, and the Donquixote Family's base.
By late January of Sea Circle Calendar 1511, Kahn had finally completed the relocation.
If you were to draw Wano's natural environment as a circle, the only gap in the circle is the one safe entrance in and out of Wano.
Now, there are five islands within the sea area inside this natural circle. Four small islands can be reached within a day.
The current headquarters of the "Cross Family," Amazon Lily, is located near the entrance. Not far from Amazon Lily, there are three small islands: Morlaix Island, which produces weapons; Onigashima, which is controlled by the "Cross Family," and Medical Garden Island. On the opposite side of these three small islands is the only large island, a Haki powerhouse just like Amazon Lily — Wano Country.
Outside the circle formed by this natural barrier are two islands. One is Dressrosa, a member nation of the World Government, and the other is the Donquixote Family's base, which was once an uninhabited island but now features a small town.
Additionally, there is the "Grandine New World," an island ship sailing aimlessly.
Currently, in the New World, there are six islands and island ships flying the "Cross Family" flag, not including Dressrosa. Although this number is far smaller than the 30 islands forming Charlotte Linlin's Totto Land or the countless islands under Whitebeard's protection, the "Cross Family," with its small territory, has influence spanning the globe.
In the first half of the Grand Line, the "Cross Family" controls an island ship and is allied with a subsidiary faction of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. In West Blue, they rule over the dominant faction. Within a couple of years, Kahn plans to deploy island ships to East Blue, South Blue, and North Blue, extending the "Cross Family's" influence worldwide.
After the "Cross Family" raided the Beasts Pirates at night, very few details about the battle were known, aside from a few photos held by News Paper. The only thing the world knew was that after the "Cross Family" defeated the Beasts Pirates, Kaido, the former ruler of the seas, transformed into his blue dragon form and flew out of Wano, disappearing afterwards.
According to reliable sources gathered by Daily News Paper, Kaido, the "Hundred Beasts," was allowed to leave by Kahn. The "Cross Family," like other factions, could not fully kill the "Undying Hundred Beasts."
It seems that Kahn and Kaido made some sort of deal. Kaido was let go, and much like the former Golden Lion Shiki, he chose to abandon everything and vanish for the time being.
Due to the lack of detailed information, the Marines only increased the bounty of the "World's Strongest Creature," Cross Kahn. However, the bounties for "Pirate Empress" Boa Hancock, "Vampire" Boa Sandersonia, and "Devil Child" Nico Robin remained unchanged.
Even though Hancock defeated King, her bounty likely wouldn't change, as her current bounty of 1.5 billion berries already surpasses King's 1.39 billion.
The only one whose bounty could see a significant increase would be Sandersonia.
Kahn, however, has hidden his maids too well. For eight years, only Hancock, Robin, and Sandersonia have had public bounties.
Other key members, like Marie, who ate the Paramecia-type Change-Change Fruit, Monet with the Paramecia-type Op-Op Fruit, Perona with the Paramecia-type Hollow-Hollow Fruit, Bacala with the Paramecia-type Luck-Luck Fruit, Sugar with the Paramecia-type Hobby-Hobby Fruit, Koala with the Paramecia-type Dumpling-Dumpling Fruit, Scarlet with the Paramecia-type Sweet-Sweet Fruit, Violet with the Paramecia-type Glare-Glare Fruit, and Mansherry with the Paramecia-type Heal-Heal Fruit, remain Kahn's secret weapons for the "Cross Family."
Once Kahn finished moving the islands, the "Cross Family" entered another period of quiet preparation. This time, the period would be even more secretive.
But soon, the "Cross Family" revealed a powerful card that shocked the entire world.
They officially unveiled their new weapon: the Duplicated Transformers Legion.
