Another message popped up.

Grey was shocked to see the message. He looked at the information and thought that the skill was too overpowered.

"What just happened?" Grey was shocked by the message. He examined the information and realized the skill had become extraordinarily powerful.

The message suggested that he was destined to be the greatest ruler of the world—a feat that seemed nearly impossible given his current strength.

Moreover, how had he even glimpsed into the mysteries of the immortal realm? That level of insight was typically reserved for someone at the Amar stage of power.

[Host, the skill changed, and the reason could be your immense talent with your power and mana.]

Outside the treasury, Varelius and everyone in Archeron felt the tremors.

Then, a divine and powerful aura washed over them.

"Whose aura is this, causing the entire Archeron to shake?" Varelius wondered, gazing at the dark sky. He sensed that whatever it was, it was beyond his grasp.

The residents of Earth also felt the vibrations as the entire planet trembled.

This caused widespread chaos and speculation. Many believed a divine treasure had emerged, though that wasn't the case. They couldn't sense the aura related to Grey because he was in another realm, but they knew the vibrations were tied to something that will change the world.

Powerful forces around the world convened to discuss the phenomenon, and meetings were held in every corner of the globe.

In the heart of the forbidden Eldertwilight Forest, an ancient voice spoke to itself.

"A ruler?" it mused, confusion laced with its ancient, powerful tone.

"How many years has it been since something interesting happened?" the voice, which had been in slumber for countless years, continued. "This era will be a prime generation, with many monsters being born—some already strong, while others will rise to challenge them. Even the strong from the past will return to compete."

"Haha, I can't wait to see the show." After laughing, causing the whole forest to shake, the voice calmed and eventually faded away.

Far from the forbidden zones, in the central continent and the main land, a meeting was underway in one of its major cities. This gathering involved members of the Magic Association, a group with records of magic dating back to ancient times and considered one of the most powerful in the world.

"So, what do you know?" asked a man seated calmly in his wooden chair.

"The epicenter was the northern land," replied a stunning woman, her veil failing to completely conceal her beautiful face.

The person sitting in the center, presumably the head, spoke up, "Send a message to the association there and instruct them to investigate."

People nodded, and the discussion continued.

Similar meetings were happening in different factions across the main land—the Cultivation Association, the underworld, the demon faction, and many more.

Meanwhile, oblivious to the chaos he had caused, Grey was still scouring the treasury for every good treasure he could find.

A bright beam of light descended, and Grey emerged from it.

Varelius nodded at Grey. "Although I had already specified how many treasures you could take..."

He stopped, his eyes scanning everything about Grey—his behavior, his demeanor, and most importantly, his presence.

Varelius sensed something royal and majestic emanating from this seemingly ordinary boy.

"Sometimes I really wonder, is he truly just seven?" Varelius thought, letting out a deep sigh.

Children of Grey's age, who are mortal and lack magical talent, are far from his level. Grey is already more mature than a typical fifteen-year-old who can use magic.

In the universe, the adult age for human is eighteen, but those with magical or supernatural abilities mature much more quickly.

The world is full of unknown possibilities and powers, people are aware that something significant happens when a child with magical abilities reaches fifteen. Their mana, physique, and way of thinking undergo notable changes, which is why ages fifteen and eighteen are considered the transition into adulthood. It is at these ages that children are said to truly become adults.

Seeing Grey waiting for him to continue, Varelius shook his head and said, "You can keep everything you've taken. I won't ask for anything back."

"Now, you should prepare for the ritual tomorrow," Varelius continued with a serious expression on his cold face. "You'll be leaving the day after tomorrow."

Grey nodded and headed toward his room.

Varelius watched the back of the "smelly brat," reflecting on the boy's surprising capabilities. In fact, he realized, Grey was the most capable of them all.

Varelius kept his eyes on Grey as he walked to his room. He narrowed his eyes, a cold glint flashing in them, but relaxed when Grey raised his hand, as if to signal, "Stop, I got it."

Did Grey know he was being watched? Varelius had his doubts but couldn't say anything, knowing the boy harbored many secrets.

Grey raised his hand, signaling someone to stop interfering with the entertainment. He moved his eyes and looked at the five people standing in front of him with a serene gaze that seemed to speak a thousand words.

"There he is!" a man shouted, pointing at Grey.

The others turned in his direction, creepy smiles spreading across their faces.

"Kid, where the hell have you been? We've been looking for you," said one man irritably.

Grey, amused, replied, "Wherever I was, what does it have to do with you?"

"Ho! Getting cheeky, huh? Seems that title has made you arrogant. I think we need to teach you a lesson so you realize the situation you're in," the man said, his voice dripping with menace.

"I also think it's necessary to teach you guys and make you realize how stupid pigs you are," Grey retorted.

"You...!" The five fallen angels grew angrier at his words.

"Brother, this arrogant guy really needs a good beating. Let's attack him together and break his legs," one suggested.

"And I think if we beat him, the Lord will realize how miserable this kid is and will reward us for exposing the imposter," another said, greed gleaming in their eyes.

Grey tilted his head, confused by their logic. Why would they get rewarded for beating him? And how did he become an imposter? Their ruler had given him the title, after all. But dwelling on this was pointless.

Instead, Grey felt a thrill of excitement. He wanted to use his new skill, and now he had the perfect opportunity. These fallen angels would make a excellent dummies fornhin to test his skills on
