Sang Tian was genuinely confused after getting the message for that exclusive VVIP floor was not a floor where interns, 2nd, and even 3rd year residents were allowed to go. Only senior doctors were allowed to be on that floor and treat the patients. So it was weird that the Chief would ask her to be there.
